Dr Matthews and her practice are excellent but her receptionist are the reason I stopped bringing my children to this practice. Ive never been to an office where they make you feel like your co-payment is more important than your childs care. Ive been in healthcare for over 15 years and would never treat my patients as if theyre value and care as patients is based on what the insurance covers and the copayment. The receptionist is rude and obnoxious. My daughter suffers from chronic asthma and sometimes would be seen in her office every day or every other day and god forbid you didnt have your copay.....Its a shame because the physician herself is amazing. But not worth my time or money for the frustration the receptionist gave me.

I absolutely love Dr. Mathews. My children have been going to her since birth. She is absolutely amazing with my kids and gives very thorough exams and answers every question you have. Very friendly and personable. If your kids are sick there is no problem getting them in the same day you call. Office can sometimes get a little packed because she is so good but worth the wait. Most I was ever in there for was an hour. Other days I am in and out. Office staff very friendly. Office very clean.

I trust Dr. Matthews implicitly with the health of my child and I cant stop recommending her to friends and acquaintances looking for a reliable, friendly, caring doctor. Its such a pleasure bringing my son there for his check-ups and sick visits. I also love her nurses and office staff. All have been very friendly and accommodating.
