My roommate is On social security disability gets non stop five to six calls a day over a ten dollar bill.He has specifically told them over and over once he gets his monthly social security check he will pay it.... The harassment is rediculos I feel so bad for him. Ive never herd suck disrespectful clientele talk to a patient over the phone then blames the hospital for the calls. They even say thank you for calling us at the end of every call.... You call and never put in your patients notes that the balance will be paid in full when specified. Cant wait for his social security check.... Blame your government for under paying people whove worked for over ten years and deserve better treatment not him!

Worked with them on a professional level for a mutual client. Good response time and very cooperative. Rural areas need to continue to have hospital facilities and finding providers to staff them is difficult. I am grateful that Orleans county has this resource available.

If I could give this hospital negative stars that would say just how bad this place is... over 12 hours for test results, does not listen to the patient or family members and Doctors dont make their rounds until after noon...this place is ridiculous and a huge joke!!!!!

My experience here is one I will never forget. The hospital had very poor service. I was waiting in room 7 for a couple hours just to get my knee drained and that only takes 3 minutes and no doctor came up to me or to look at me.
