Wow. Immediate intake. I had been having minor chest pains and headaches for a few days so the urgent care told me to get checked out at an ER. I am so glad that I found this place. Intake, initial consult, blood work, ct, chest x ray and diagnosis all inside of about 1.5 hrs. Thats amazing. Everyone was super nice and professional. Ive been in a lot of ERs over the years for various reasons and this is one of the best experiences that Ive had yet. Thanks!

I work with patients and have worked with MJH for years with surgeons and physicians but the time spent here is very slow. When someone is in severe pain and its taking almost 2 hrs for some one to get pain relief is really questionable. Then still no clear answers............ After hearing the food ate for lunch and someone saying they have to work 40 hrs this week does not sit well. There is always the er at MJH

I went to this clinic for a severe migraine. The emergency room tech struggled to "find my vein" while asking the RN for help and she told him to go ahead. Ive never bled so much from a simple stick before and he didnt even get to collect blood. I decided to leave and go somewhere else and was sent a bill for over $600 when NO services were ever received. Completely incompetent care and horrible experience.

I went here several years ago because I had an odd lump in the back of my wrist with slight pain every other day. The lady who saw me was rather rude and ignored me when I asked about an X Ray. They then referred me to another doctor at another building. He seemed surprised they didnt even x ray it and did so himself. I wont be going back to this place ever again.

We have always had good, positive, helpful experiences here. Responsive, not long waits, knowledgeable, good bedside manner, courteous, competent. Went for a broken collarbone on a child and a laceration to the scalp on a child. No complaints and I love that it is closer to Greene County than going down into CVille.

Waiting for two hours for a 5 minute CT scan, with no explanation for why its taking so long, is totally uncalled for. Not enough help and resources spread too thin is a Sentara problem that needs correcting if they want to keep patients. I wont go back there. Ill make the drive to Pantops first!!

If I could give no stars I would. Staff was rude and confused. The doctor wanted my fiancee to use horse cream for pain management and didnt want to discuss my issue, but wanted to discuss other surgeries on my body that wasnt bothering me.

Great medical care facility with Emergency room and doctor offices. Offering x-ray, cat scans, blood work and everything the main hospital has except surgery. Typically short waiting time and less crowded.

Just went there to have blood drawn for lab work and spent several minutes standing at an empty receptionist desk within plain view of receptionist sitting in adjacent office. No one came out to serve me.
