My husband and I have both been clients of Access of Monroe. From the moment that you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly, caring and highly efficient office staff who guide you through the paperwork, scheduling and insurance maze. You are then met by your therapist who is both professional and genuinely interested in your care with one goal in mind- to make you well again. Between my husband and myself, we have seen almost every therapist. They are all wonderful and collaborate with each other to provide you with a continuity of care. I cannot say enough about their professionalism in their treatments and their sincere concern for your well being.

Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is the best. The workers there are so nice and funny. Im so happy I went here instead of Washingtonville because i bet its not as fun. I would defiantly recommend this place to someone else. My therapist is Jessica Bach, she is the best therapist in the world. There couldnt be a therapist like her. I had cancer two years ago, in my cerebellum. i wasnt able to walk until I met Jess. She literally got me on my toes again. I wasnt able to move at all, and what she did now is incredible. If anything happens to you and you need therapy, go here! I promise you will get better!

The PT for my frozen shoulder was successful. The program was well implemented by Jonathan in Monroe and the MFR was also successful with Jen. Ive achieved a complete recovery with their thoughtful care. I applaud the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. I was sorry to leave!!
