If I could I wouldnt give this place any stars. Literally DO NOT go here. They never can get you in for an appointment and when they do, they either write down the wrong day in the computer or schedule the wrong time so you cant be seen the day you come in and do nothing to fix the problem or compensate your time that you took off of work. Every time I call to make an appointment it is at least a 20 minute wait before someone answers the phone..... Only to tell you sorry you have a severe case of strep throat but we cant get you in until next Friday. They also require ridiculous appointments/ requirements which they only require so that you come in every couple months to pay them to basically say hi and bye. I will refer absolutely no one here and infact have requested TWICE for them to send me authorization release forms so I can switch practices and they NEVER sent them to me! I am so beyond surprised they are still open. The customer service at the front desk is horrible, the Drs are pleasant but I have waited in a room for almost an hour before the dr came in. And when I had strep throat I waited an hour and half for them to run the strep culture which is a 8 minute test because the nurses running the tests "forgot" to run it. This establishment is so far beyond unprofessional. I am working on getting those papers to leaving asap.

Didnt even step foot in the door and had a horrible experience. I called to make an appointment and from the moment the receptionist picked up the phone she sounded irritated. I get people have a bad day but cmon. I informed her Id like to come in for a yearly check up and I needed a new doctor I went to see Dr. Sonia Dar well apparently if you dont need any medical help or have any health problem shes the doctor for you but if your not feeling good and actually need a doctor DONT go here and see her. She is very judgmental and looks down on you , does not care about anything ( I think maybe her perfect appearance is the only thing this doctor cares about ) - This doctor is in the wrong profession - Sit on your pedestal and judge - THIS IS VERY SAD!!!!!!

I used to enjoy my office visits to this place, but I must say that after my PCP left due to medical issues, the place has gone straight down the tubes. Front desk staff has no clue what they are doing- They are terrible with follow up and most times, I am calling them multiple times to do their jobs for them! I had strep throat for a week and waited 3 days before someone would get back to me. I finally spoke to someone who said the would get a msg to the nurse, until it was 2 minutes to 4 and the office "closed" for the evening. A freaking joke!!! They are the worst office I think I have ever had to deal with. The physicians are nice, but its too bad the people coordinating and scheduling are very incompetant! Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

Called this morning 08/29/17 sick as a dog. Was told they had no appointments until next Friday. Then wasnt told that a nurse would call me back. When nurse finally called back she asked my symptoms and said she would get back to me. She returned my call at 5:30 and told me to go to Urgent Care. After I basically told her off and hung up on her, she called me back and told me the doctor could see me on Thursday. What doctors office doesnt allow time for their sick patients? Looking for a new doctor in the morning.

Finding a new doctor office. for ten people. they dont care. They double book people, talk to you like you have no clue what you are speaking about and push for stupid thngs. Ive been here with my three month old son and they didnt even care about his issues. This place used to be really good. but after losing one doctor and a PA. its gone to hell. DOnt use them if you can avoid it!!!!!!!!!!

PA Greg Dishanko is extremely rough and uncompassionate after I asked him to be gentle he argues about it and becomes rougher with the exam. Then refuses to complete the exam any further because I repeatedly ask him to be gentle. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Very unprofessional and just heartless people.

I love this office. I spend little time in the waiting room for my appointments. The new call center is great at making appointments. Laurie OToole, the PA, is very thorough and easy to talk to. The nurses are awesome also! I have zero complaints about Ridgeway Family Medicine.

Tanya at the front desk went above and beyond when scheduling my ultrasound. I asked her not to schedule it because I wanted to call and check the price on my high deductible plan and she called them for me. I didnt ask her to do it and it was awesome.

Complete dump. Understaffed they just want a co-pay to make referrals. Appointments are meaningless you wait over an hour to get told to see another doctor at another practice and then get a bill. AVOID!
