Its a messed up system. I want to give 0 star if the system allows me. All I need is camp forms filled out for my daughters since I could not make appointment with their primary doctor in time. I brought with me their immunization records. I asked for appointment and was told that there is no appointment. I came and asked the front desk how long is the wait and she said she doesnt know. She later brought me in for registration (so that they can bill insurance up front :) ) and then a nurse brought my daughters in for weight, eyes and ears checked up and told us there is only one doctor so the wait is 2 hrs. (Why they didnt tell me this before they checked us in ?) I told them we just need the form filled out, my daughters are perfectly healthy and under no medications. The medical part C only asked for nurse partitioner, PA, or MD to fill out and asked for things she already did but she said we need to be seen by doctor. We waited and waited in a cold room for more than an hour and a half and nobody come. Finally I went out and complained and they told me this "we told you the wait is 2 hours and we gave you options". I asked them "what options do I have?" This is what they said: "you can come back another day". It is ridiculous!!! They didnt tell me that I can come back another day!!! Come back another day and wait again and probably get billed twice? How can I come back another day if there is no appointment??? Wait again??? Oh! They also offered primary care but not allowed you to make appointment? Who can come and wait for hours and hours if it is no urgent??? Is it what "Patient first" means? Why cant they let me know the wait time before I signed all the paperworks? I am going to call my insurance company and complain when they bill me!

Weve been to this location a few times now and the first two times were great. Last night and today were another story completely. I took my son in last night at 830pm and we waited over an hour and a half - the nurses even apologized for the wait. All the while, my son was screaming in pain. The place was full and there was one doctor on duty. She looked at him for 5 minutes, gave us meds for an ear infection and let us go. Today, I took him back because he couldnt stop coughing and Im also sick. They were really quick to test me for strep but I had to ask THEM to test him... We again waited for an hour and a half and had to leave before seeing the doctor because I had to pick up my youngest child. The place was full beyond capacity and people were waiting in the front waiting room after they got checked in just to get into a room. The SAME doctor was on today that was there last night and she admitted that she was on her 6th day doing double shifts! SERIOUSLY? Shes very nice, but how can you be effective with that kind of schedule? And AGAIN there was only ONE doctor! This is crazy! Now, we wasted almost 2 hours and got NO treatment. The nurses are really nice here, I will say that and they were again apologetic. This place is supposed to be fast and easy - Im really disappointed.

I think this office was wonderful and a joy to visit. The staff couldnt have been any better and were very attentive to my comfort and making sure everything moved along. The doctor on the other hand seemed to not fully understand what common food poisoning is. I was told there was no way I had food poisoning because I had a bacterial infection. She kept insisting I go to the emergency room. It almost seemed like I was not important enough to treat there. I repeatedly asked about food poisoning but she said that was impossible since my blood work showed a bacterial infection. A quick look on WebMD showed the most common form of food poisoning is a bacterial infection. Also, the exact same experience with my wife the day prior. I even brought up that my wife and I have the same exact issues, she seemed not phased and refused to look at anything else to the point where insisting I go to the ER for a cat scan... Needless to say I was not going g to the ER, just self treated at home with antibiotics that are a common treatment. Ill say again though, from check in to check out everyone else were the sweetest!

We met with Dr. Starina A. Jose and she told my wife that her blood pressure was really high and that she was at a risk for a heart attack, stroke or even death! Within seconds my beautiful loving wife became a 1000 times worse and thought she was going to die because of her stupidity! Thankfully within seconds of this happening the paramedics arrived and were able to calm her down in a short time. If it wasnt for the paramedics Im afraid my wife would not be with me anymore. When I confronted Dr. Starina A. Jose to tell her what a serious mistake she had made, she just looked at me with a confused look. I told her when a person has high blood pressure like my wife at 188/118 the last thing you want to do is say or do anything thats going to upset them. Within seconds afterwards my wife almost passed away from extreme heart pain, uncontrollable severe shaking and hysteria!! Dr. Joses negligence is inexcusable and she should be fired immediately!! Im sure my wife is not the first patient Dr Jose has said this too!! This is not the end, I plan on filing a formal complaint! No apology will be excepted!

Definitely NOT Patient First: Brand new facility in my neighborhood as of Dec 2015. My 22 year old daughter, with what is likely strep throat, was turned away because they are in a contract dispute with Blue Cross Blue Shield all types (including Federal Employee Program). There was even a printed glossy 5 x 11 card outlining their dispute - not the patients problem. I offered to pay in full out of pocket and was denied this option too. They pointed to the nearest ER as a alternative (liability??). My daughters condition was not an ER issue and also would likely not be covered for an ER visit unless her temp (101.5) was 103 or higher. With a name like "Patient First" you would think that they would have honored the out of pocket option. The nurse on duty did feel bad about turning us away. Five stars to her. We could tell she wanted to help. It is not her fault that "Patient First" has in reality a "Money First" business model. We got a free first aid kit as a consolation, but only because I had a coupon offer.

Very disappointed. This was the same as visiting the emergency room, just cheaper, so I guess that counts for something... initial impressions were very positive... friendly staff, easy admission, good concept that you can get to see a physician without an appointment. Did not wait too long for the nurse to take us in and do the standard vitals checks. Then were put in a room to wait for the dr... 1.5 hours after that the dr. finally showed up. Dr. appeared fine and competent. Needed to leave after her assessment to get medical supplies for treatment... stayed away for more than 40 minutes!!! I could have driven to the pharmacy and get the medicine for her faster than that!!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. And all the while my daughter had to lie there with an open wound hurting and untreated. Will not go back again and cannot recommend this practice to anyone.
