I went for a routine cleaning, expecting that they would check my teeth, remove plaque buildup, brush, and floss my teeth. Instead, I was in the chair for a total of two minutes while the "hygentist" smeared some kind of toothpaste all over my teeth and then told me to rinse. Instead of leaning the chair back so they could actually see inside my mouth, they had me sit upright the whole time. The "procedure" did not appear to require any training, and after the two minutes of toothpaste smearing were over they said I was all set. This was the most ridiculous and infuriating dental appointment I have ever experienced, and I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this dentist. It was awful. Youre better off brushing your teeth at home. Stay away from Eldridge Dental.

Rude, unprofessional staff with a disdain for the customers theyre supposed to be servicing. Have you ever wanted to be ignored in a dental office while the employees watch TV and talk amongst themselves? Then when the reception staff does acknowledge you, they treat you as if youre bothering them? Come down to Eldridge where customer service is the last thing on the reception staffs agenda. I will say that the actual dentist is a professional but that reception staff should be retrained on how to deal with the public.

I took my 5 year old son for checkup for the 1st time to this location, he was a little nervous he started cry a little bit , the doctors SHEPINO start to screaming at my son loudly SHUT UP. .SHUT UP I need put you in your place first ,I had to tel that I dont T t appreciate the way he speaks ,he was like you should go somewhere else, please DONT go here, very nasty DOCTOR ,rude ,durty,bad customers service

I went there for small cavity no pain nor infection the doctor came and suggested a root canal which I did not need it and told me that my insurance wont cover it and I need to pay him $700 for root canal $800 for crown total $1,500. My guess that doctor is a crook and lazy, long story short I went to a different dental place and they fixed it right away no drama no pain

The receptionist is always pleasant and helpful. His assistant is very informative and great manners. Dr. Volotsenko is very friendly, hes very caring and is always interested in your well being, not just a quick in and out. When you book an appointment with his office, you get seen immediately or a few minutes of the time, not hours.

Great dentist! Excellent teeth whitening services. The staff was extremely welcoming and it was a pleasant experience. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and explained to me every procedure he was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality dental care.

The doctor did absolutely nothing for me. He didnt even acknowledged my dental insurance coverage. All he talked about was how his plan can benefit me more. Money, money, money thats all that came out his mouth. Definitely will not recommend his services.

The dentists here always seem to know exactly what to say and do to relax me before i have to get any major procedures done. The front desk staff is also very friendly and make the time spent in the waiting room go a lot quicker.

Receptionist staff are not courteous and they constantly speak another language (Russian?) together which makes it very uncomfortable in the waiting area. However Dr Shapiro is very kind and informative.

The absolute worst office. The receptionists are rude beyond belief and the older dentist that works there is also incompetent. I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.
