Dr. Lee is incredible! I was traumatized when I was younger due to having a terrible dentist and on top of that having to go through surgically removing all my wisdom teeth (all on the same day) and then getting braces. Later on due to being so afraid of the dentist and avoiding my periodic appointments, it turns out I got an infection and needed a root canal. I kept prolonging it and it got worse and ended up in the ER. I thought that at this point it would have to get my tooth extracted since it had gotten so bad and incredibly painful. I found this place on google and made an appointment immediately. They took me right in as an emergency pt and started the first phase of a two phase process for my root canal. From someone who is extremely sensitive with my teeth, I could barely feel a thing. Dr.Lee is amazing!! He walks you through the entire process and was super patient with me since I was so scared. After that, I got a temporary crown and was worried since I would be traveling out of the country for 3 weeks so I wasnt sure if itll hold. It definetly protected my tooth and I got my permeant crown when I returned and my tooth was saved. No extraction needed! Thank you Dr.Lee and you staff for making this process pain-free and for being so kind and patient with me. I can now say I am no longer afraid of the dentist and my fears have gone away. Forever grateful!

The first time I went here everything was great. Dr. Lee and the dental hygienist were very nice. I waited about 15 mins to see him. I have also went back to get a cavity filled. I had an appointment today at 11:20 for a yearly check up and cleaning. I was running 8 mins late and after I checked in, 2 mins later the receptionist called me up and said that they would not be able to do the cleaning, only the x-rays, since I was 8 mins late and they needed the full 40 mins. Thinking I would just reschedule the cleaning to later in the week, she said they didnt have anything until April 8th! I was so irritated that I was only 8 mins late and she wasted that much time arguing with me, when she could have just taken me in. They dont even give you a warning when they call to confirm that you must be on time, otherwise you might lose your appointment. She was so rude and didnt even care. I told them that I would never come back. Their attitude and and way they chose to handle there patients are horrible! Its unfortunate because Dr. Lee is a nice guy and good dentist. He should rethink his receptionist staff!

Dr. Lee and his team are exceptional! When I went in to see him the 1st time, I had major dental issues, broken teeth missing teeth and visible decay. With the first appointment Dr. Lee did a majority of the fillings and fixing the broken teeth. The 2nd appointment Dr. Lee has put on crowns. He and his team has now started on replacing my missing teeth and restoring my smile. Dr. Lee and his team have gone above and beyond to accommodate me with their time and coming in on Saturdays. In addition, Dr. Lee and his team are working with me on payment plans so I can continue my dental work. Dr. Lee has the best way ever of numbing you before the procedure - I am a big chicken and I never feel his shots! If you have work that needs to be done and need a quality dental team where you will start seeing immediate results, this is the practice for you. Dr. Lee & Team - thanks for everything you have done for me. I really appreciate it.

The office staff in Lyndhurst Family Dental Associates is terrible. What they advertised as Financial Coordinator is a lie. I came to see the periondontist here, when I asked if the periondontist is under my insurance network, they confirmed with me yes. After several treatments, it turned out that their periondontist is not under my network. They sent me a bill, asked me to pay, and said they already gave me a discounted price. Why do I have to pay for their fault. If i went to the periodontist under my network, I would not have to pay anything. Be careful before deciding going to this dental group. Ps.: Two hours after I posted this review, the office manager called me and said that she discussed with the practice owner and they decided to write off my bill. I really appreciated their prompt response in favor for their customer. I just would like them to upgrade their office staff quality, because the doctors there are all good.

I have no complaints about Dr. John Lee. He is an excellent dentist! I am however VERY disappointed with the long wait times associated with each and every visit regardless of the reason for the visit. If you can make it out of the waiting room in a reasonable period of time, you will wait forever in one or more of the many rooms while staff checks in and out. It feels like overbooking at its worst. I went in for a routine cleaning and arrived a good 15-20 minutes prior to my appointment time. Two more patients came in after I did and while we all had to wait, I watched as they were called in and I was left there 45 minutes without an explanation. I left without getting my teeth cleaned and with the realization that I have to find another dentist. Sorry Dr. Lee but, although youre great at what you do, your practice has no concept of what good customer service entails. I took away one star for that.

Just like the name says Lyndhurst Family Dental treats you like family. Today was my first time going to Lyndhurst Family Dental, I recently moved back to the area and my old dentist was not covered under my new insurance. I dread looking for a new dentist because I have had many bad experience at other places. Ive had bad cleanings and dentist who try to sell you stuff. I did not get that feeling here. My hygienist, Mahima was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She even showed me the proper way to floss. I love her! Dr. Lee was fantastic, he really cares about keeping your teeth healthy. He went over my x-rays with me to explain what is going on in my mouth. The receptionist were all very friendly as well. I was so satisfied with my experience I told my parents to check it out. If I was writing this up on my iphone I would give it five teeth smiley faces. Thanks again!

Lyndhurst Family Dental Associates is by far the best dental office I have been to. I usually am nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff makes the experience a lot more enjoyable for me. The hygienists and Dr. Lee always make me feel comfortable about being there, and they talk me through whatever procedure Im having done. The receptionists are always welcoming and help me schedule my appointments without a problem. They even give me a reminder phone call before my appointment, just incase! Dr. Lee is such a friendly person that the stress of being at the dentists office is almost gone! The entire staff seem like they love their jobs and they genuinely care. The office is very well-kept and clean as well. If youre looking for a dental office, Lyndhurst Family Dental Associates is the place to go!
