Staff is rude and unprofessional. Our puppy hurt herself on Christmas Eve and all we could do for her was wrap up her wounds and hope she wouldnt try to get at them. Since the vet was already closed we rushed to PetSmart to buy an e-coller/cone for her so she can make it through the holidays without chewing on her bandages. We called the store 10mins before they closed and we were right outside as they were locking the doors. We pleaded with them and tried to work out some way to purchase the cone but the gentleman in charge refused. Even when his fellow employees suggested ideas (since they have hearts and saw how much pain our puppy was going through) this person simply said no. On christmas eve, mind you. We definitely felt the love.

I had my dog groomed yesterday, which by the way she looks awesome! Brittney did a great job! But when I got home I realized she didnt have her soresto flea collar on. I had my 3 yr old grandson with me and a dog who had to "Go" and I was rushing and didnt notice until I got home. The lady I talked to as soon as I realized was very nice. However I was told to call at 7am and talk to the groomers when they opened. I was told it was above and beyond their job duty to get that collar back to me....NOT A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

Compared to many other stores around the area, the animals in this store are in excellent health condition, especially when it comes to their rodents. The staff is knowledgeable about their pets as well. Unfortunately, this petsmart doesnt handle their rodents and other small animals as much due to the unease of which to take them out, and a lack of a protected area to take them out in, so it may take your animal a little longer to get used to humans. Ive been very satisfied though.

Very knowledgeable and polite employees! I always come in with fish questions and most of the employees that Ive interacted with seem genuinely happy to answer questions and give advice. They have passion and it shows. Some stuff can be overpriced but they have pretty good sales too Another point I have to make, I LOVE that they support animal adoption! They have cats and even rabbits, gerbils and hamsters up for adoption from local rescues.

I have always been happy with PetSmart staff. However,at 3:30m a few others and myself wanted to purchase fish but there was no one around to assist us.I went to the cashier and she called over the speaker for some one to help. After waiting for a additional half hour i left because no one came. I waitied for 45 minutes. The cashier saw me leaving and said sorry but didnt try to assist agian so i left.

As far as big-box pet stores go, this is one of the nicest Ive seen. Benefits from the great prices (obviously) but also seems to have well cared for animals. He staff are nice and helpful; maybe not be quite as knowledgeable as those youll find at the family-owned places, but then you arent paying for that expertise here are you?

I find that their selection of pet products is decent but not complete. The grooming salon, however, is very easy to work with and does a great job. My only real criticism there is that it is a big pricey. They are easily the most convenient place locally so were willing to pay a bit extra.

Came here looking for goldfish.. what I saw in the fish tank area was dont right digusting...dirty tanks was the first thing that stuck out and then I got looking closer and many if the tanks had dead fish in them... or even weaker fish suck to the out take..

A little lacking compared to other stores. Plus the prices were far greater than I would have thought. The smaller pet shops seemed to have better options in terms of fish supplies. Along with comparable or lower prices

Great customer service. Was there to get dog food and hamster food. While looking at the snakes with my son, one of the employees took one out to hold it. He loves snakes.

They left me (and 2 others behind me) standing in line for at least 5 minutes while there were 2 employees up front with only 1 cash register open. Very frustrating.

Always find what I need. And absolutely love the grooming department! Sam is my cocker spaniel, Lucylus personal favorite for grooming. Would highly recommend.
