Dr. Bonnie Davis has cared for my dogs for years. I have always been very happy with the quality of care and compassion exhibited by Dr. Davis and her staff. Hamburg Animal Hospital has always exceeded my expectations. Recently, my dog Dozer, suddenly became ill. I returned home from work to find a very sick dog. I called Hamburg Animal Hospital, worried because it was just before closing time. Dr. Davis assured me that she would fit Dozer in and to come right over. Dr. Davis spent a lot of time working with Dozer, doing x-rays, bloodwork and fluids, all while being very caring and sweet to Dozer who was quite scared. She is always careful to make all the animals as comfortable as possible during their visit when they are under stress and fearful. Ive been to other hospitals before, and I can say that its a rare person that will work something in when theyre getting ready to close after a long day. Most places just funnel you to the emergency services that are open 24/7. Dr. Davis shows her care and concern for all animals by often giving up her own time to accommodate a patient. I am happy to report that Dozer is doing well - thanks to Dr. Davis and the staff of the Hamburg Animal Hospital.

Would give negative stars if I could! What a horrible experience! Condescending and rude! Definitely NOT a dog person and in fact, after our horrible visit, everyone we spoke to who had tried using her had similar stories about her bad attitude and being a cat vet and not liking dogs. There are way too many veterinarians in the area to have to deal with such a horrid person.

Dr. Davis has taken care of 3 dogs for us and 2 cats. She cares about each animal and wants the best for them. She shows compassion and kindness with all of our animals. She is very knowledgeable but when different expert care such as eye surgery is needed she makes appropriate recommendations.

The most love i have ever seen given to my cat has come from dr. Bonnie and her nurses. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else but here. She actually cares for your pets well being more than most people, i would say.

Dr. Davis has been our Vet for all of our pets for 20 years helping all of them live a healthy and happy life. She great with our dogs and our cat. Only Vet we will go to!
