The Owner and Veterinary is rude nasty and Timberlake is extremely over priced. I took my dog in on an emergency basis and the first day everyone there was great. They took her in without an appointment. The vet stayed passed her time to perform surgery on my dog. We followed all of the directions that we were given Post Op and then 5 days later my dogs stiches came out and the wound looked like it had never been touched. So we called Timberlake to have the dogs wounds repaired again and was told that they were to busy to she her and that they were not staffed with a Veterinary that that day that was able to do surgeries. WTF!!! We were advised to take our dog to an Emergency Vet. Which we did. They had to remove everything that was previously done and redo it. It cost me a 3rd of the price for the second surgery at an Emergency Vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM OR VALUE GOOD SERVICE FOR THE PRICE THAT YOU ARE PAYING!! If I could give them a Zero I would!!!

I and my family have been with Timberlake since Dr Hales first opend it in the original location in the 1980s. I have brought all of my animals to her until this last year, when I was told that I had to booster my dog to have him fixed which he was not due for 4 months. When I asked the receptionist to speak with Dr Hales she said she was busy, but had no problem being very rude to me and said if I didnt have him boostered I couldnt have him fixed??? So I have no longer brought any of my animals (6 total) to the clinics since then. I had an emergency where my rat terrier, has been having seziers so I called up there to give another chance and basically I was treated again like it was not an emergency and told that I could bring her in next wednseday when I said never mind Ill take her to the Emergency Vet , Dr Hales suddenly could fit me in? I loved this clinic and have given alot of referrals for them but once the staffed changed so did the atmospher.

Timberlake has taken care of both of our dogs since Dr. Bundy came to the practice. She bought the practice from the previous owner this summer, so you can disregard the negative review earlier about the previous owner. We followed Dr. Bundy from another practice and drive longer than we normally would (we are in Portsmouth), because she has been so good. Our dogs are older and have had a lot of health issues, which Dr. B and her staff have taken the time to explain the options for treating and they have pulled in specialists when needed. Dr. Bundy performed surgery on both our dogs and recently removed a large tumor from our dog Daisy and she bounced back great from the surgery and we could not have been happier with the care she got. You will be hard-pressed to find a staff who are more caring and consistently go above and beyond than at Timberlake.

I love Dr Hayles and their staff. I started using them 3 years ago after having poor service and my dog being muzzled multiple times by the Banfield vet. At Timberlake they never have muzzled my dog. Even though we normally only go their once or twice a year all the staff treats my dog like shes a queen. The few "emergencies" weve have over the years (some maybe not so major more of mommy freak outs like a tick bite or my dog eating a loaf of read....but 2 real majors, getting bit by another dog and my dog hitting a moving car) they have either calmed me down over the phone and told me what I needed to do or gotten me in right away to help us. I have never had poor treatment or service here, MUCH more than I can say for Banfield. Plus I thought I would be spending more at a regular vet vs Banfield but I have actually save so much more money!

The staff at this vet are very rude. I couldnt talk to the person that claims they couldnt give my dog the medication that he needed. Told me i have to make an appt to be seen because it had been awhile. But when i go in person they never stated any of this to me which i find very decieving because if they are going to administer me a perscription for my dog that they never should have without an appt in the first place then why have i been getting it until now. Will be taking my dog to another vet do to the lack of communication they have with there customers. Dont tell me one thing and then not state the other. DO NOT GO HERE! i will not be giving any referrals for this company anymore they are trash.

I took my anxious and fearful pup there for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I was pretty nervous because he is reactive towards other dogs and has been fearful of strangers in the past as well. However, Dr. Bundy and her staff were extremely professional and calm and it really put my dog at ease! He usually takes awhile to warm up to strangers but he was giving them kisses and letting them pet him pretty much instantly, which was seriously impressive to me! I really loved being able to meet all the wonderful people who worked there and having that personal connection. Ive never been to a vet clinic that open and caring before! They really treated us like family. Now I can never move

Please disregard any older reviews. Timberlake is now owned by the best that veterinary medicine has to offer. Like so many others, we followed Dr Caroline Bundy to her new hospital because she is the one we have trusted for many years to take care of our dogs. She is knowledgeable and experienced, but, more than that, she is kind and caring. She is the best, and we have complete faith in her and her dedicated staff. Your beloved family member deserves Dr Bundy.

They are amazing there. One on one, none rushed attention to detail. Dr Bundy is amazing and we travel from near Portsmouth all the way to this office in order to get our dogs the best care possible. Everyone is kind and helpful from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Every time you call they are beyond helpful as well. Never an issue getting in when one is sick either. Dr Bundy takes her time to call and check on your pet too. Could not be happier.

Best vet ever!! I love the staff and the Veterinarians that work there. I would never ever take my dog anywhere else!! They are all very sweet and treat my dog like she is one of their own. I have had a few dogs and lived in several different states and this is by far the best vet I have ever been to.

Dr. Bundy and her staff have been amazing for our family. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have never felt judged or rushed during an appointment whatsoever. My dogs have received the best care at Timberlake and we couldnt be happier. Thank you Dr. Bundy!
