Said wait time was 2 weeks to be seen as a new patient. I couldnt believe my ears when I heard it. Thats the most unreasonable time frame to be seen Ive ever heard of in my life. And no apology or acknowledgment that "yes, i know, 2 weeks is ridiculous" or anything. God forbid if the reason youre going to the doctor is your sick! Duke may have some of the best doctors out there, but their such bureaucratic a-holes its not worth it to deal with them for services if you can at all help it.

I have been sick for 4 days, so I called to get an appointment to see the Dr. and was told there was NO appointments all week and to go to Urgent Care. What good is having a Dr. if you cant go and see them when you are sick? Add more Drs. or take less patients if you cant meet the needs of the patients you have. If you get an initial appointment here, you will end up having to find another Dr. in the future.

They will charge you $100+ for using a "hospital facility" in addition to your co-pay. I have no idea why this information is not widely available. I should be able to know when Im going to be charged extra for 6 minutes of talking. Thank god for Aflac paying for accidents otherwise this BS would seriously make me mad.

I called in as a new patient with no insurance. Keona, the rude lady who answered the phone acted as if I didnt have any money and they did not want to see me. I would not recommend this place for anyone with the rude people they have answering the phones.

I called the number from my cell phone and it went through....I tried early from a land line at work and it said disconnected....
