Like the nures and doctors. The lady at the front desk needs some help with her personality. She was quick with the greeting, getting right into using their electronic sign in pad. Not that there is anything wrong with that but you it then makes her more of a greeter, so be a greeter not just someone that hand electronic device. Found she was more pleasant to staff then patients. As i said nurses nice and dr. Pernatta got to slow him down a little but once you get talking to him he will shoot you straight.

I found a very friendly, knowledgeable caring staff here. Everyone, from the mammogram specialist, to Jeannie Gibson, the breast health navigator, and the staff in the ultrasound section took great care of me, answered all of my questions, gave me understandable post treatment instructions and treated me with respect and caring. These two attributes seem to be the cultural norm throughout the entire Conway Medical Center complex. So happy this has been my choice.

I love the OPDC. I have thyroid ultrasounds done there every 6 months and the staff is always friendly and gets me back quickly and make the exam as pleasant as possible.
