Thanks to payment plans and youre messed pricing and down payments. Which my friend brought her cat in a few months ago and got an estamite of 1600 and a down payment of 800. Both of our cats brought in for the same thing but we get an estimate of the Ame price but the down payment is 1500. Who can pay that? Average working people cant and because of that I had to put my best friend down. I no longer have him thanks to that. Only reason youre getting one star is because the people at the dont desk was nice. The doctor after being the room for not even a minute leaves because she was going to throw up and left us for another five. Never coming back here for any pet emergency.

If less money was spent on the elaborate fish tanks in the waiting room then maybe they would not have to charge people so much for vet care. My dog had surgery here. I knew the quote was high, but I wanted her to have the surgery. I picked her up after surgery and the technician reported she was nauseas. When I brought my dog home she could not keep fluids down, and I knew she was not going to heal properly if she was constantly vomiting. I did not want to take her back to this facility because then I would be charged for something that was obvious when I picked up my dog. I obtained nausea medication for my dog without

We were treated with the utmost kindness and compassion when taking our very sick cat in on a Sunday morning for evaluation. They promptly took our cat back, the visit was efficient and the doctor and team were incredibly professional. We sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved cat of 10 years and I cant imagine a more compassionate group of folks to guide us through that difficult process.
