It all depends on the staff. When I was there, they called out a members name multiple times until they got a response. The member was most likely in the restroom but they didnt just give up after five name calls every few minutes. They continued to call out for the member until he finally showed back up in the lobby. The Smoke Bomb Hill Staff have a lot of patience and they were professional, friendly, and very helpful. One of the Dentists gave me some really good advice on how to floss and how to prevent coffee or tea stains on your teeth. I like going to the dentist even when they tell me I have bad teeth. I received some free floss and mouthwash. Not sure what kind of experiences people had in the past but its definitely better now.

Calling in to ask questions or schedule an appointment is ridiculous. Privates and or anyone at front desk are rude as they hang up as soon as they pickup or never pickup the phone at all sometimes even saying theyll get back to you, put you on hold and leave you there waiting on purpose. Sad thing is Ive put in a complaint and yet nothing has changed goes to show the supervisors tolerate this kind of thing. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Not a review per se, but office hours since Google doesnt give you PRECISE hour/minute increments. Monday - Friday 0715 - 1615 with Lunch at 1115 - 1215. I will say that calling at 1550, 25 minutes prior to supposed end of day for them and it appears no one was answering. Probably already bugged out for an early day. Is this the norm?

Worst dental clinic I have ever experienced in my 12+ years of service. Everything with them is always a hassle. Cant even get an appointment before I deploy. This clinic does not meet the standards of service to our armed forces members. Avoid at all costs.

Piss poor service. Never answer phones. I called while standing in line and watched the staff carry on non work related conversations about their kids while the phone rang and rang. By far the worst military dental clinic Ive been to in my years of service.
