Experience was not good, would not recommend. The dental hygienist was great (Jennifer) that is where the good experience stopped. My total time with the dentist was maybe 10 to 15 minutes, then shuffled off to the Office manager to see about ordering new dentures what ?? She had only been there for a couple of months , with her back ground being in retail. We were showed their cheapest and most expensive set and said which do you want today ?? Sorry I want to work with a dentist not an office manager with no experience other than selling. She quoted us all the wrong info about our insurance when told we would go home and verify what she was telling us and we would call back . Of course what she told us was incorrect, we tried to call back twice the same day, she was not available either time, and was told we would get a return call back in a few minutes, neither call was returned, nor did we receive a call the following day from her. The 3rd day I went in to pick up my ex rays to take else where The customer service was terrible and this was prior to them getting monies from us. What would it have been like after getting monies. Will not go back and will not recommend. I will seek a true dentist office in which the dentist works with me. Not the office manager.

Worst service and first impression EVER. If I could give a ZERO star I would. We showed up to our appt ahead of time and blocked half our day to receive our family dental service. After 30 min of waiting in the waiting room, we were then approached by the receptionist indicating that the ONE and ONLY dentist on hand today was behind schedule and still had other patients ahead of us. So we were asked to either reschedule or wait for a really extended period of time. You would think that a national dental organization like this properly trains how to appropriately schedule and manage calendars, to offset schedule challenges such as this. While I always expect there to be a wait at any dental or medical practice due to unforeseen circumstances, you never expect them to tell you to reschedule after already arriving, waiting 30 min and planning your entire morning around this event. Would never recommend this dental company if my life depended on it.

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. The dentist was actually a very sweet woman, but the receptionist and office manager were both extremely rude. After the dentist sat me down in a chair in the office for me to schedule my next appointment, the woman proceeded to ignore me, and then said "You can wait in the lobby until Im not busy, or just sit here and keep staring at me. Whatever." Ill never forget it because Ive never received such a rude comment from a "professional" office. I was stunned that someone could be so rude and I wont be going back. The dentist herself was very sweet and kind, but the rest of the staff were miserable and rude, and made the customer experience appalling.

Office manager lied to me telling me they could loose there license if they did anything to me before I did the treatment they recommended. She never told me what stage the periodontal disease was in. Was never shown on the x-rays that I have it. It sounds to me like a high pressure sales tactic. Never saw the dental hygienist!!! I was just shown a generic consultation worksheet with estimated costs not a word of what work needed to be done or any notes... At the time I said I did not want this she said we are done here they cant do any thing else for me until this is done. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company.

Went there last year for a filling repair. Was up-sold for other procedures. The filling repair broke less than a day later. Went in to get it fixed. It broke a week later, after my insurance was lost at the end of the year. I also paid my balance in full upon leaving. Got a bill later stating I owed $20. I called, complained and was told not to worry about it. Today I got a letter from a collections company collecting on their behalf. Its not that $20 is a lot, but it is the principle of the matter. I wont go there for service if they were the last dentist office on earth. Wish I could give them 0 out of 5 stars.

They found everything that needed done and was forward the work and are going to work with me. Thats good but the pressing matter was I was in pain and need a root canal they said they couldnt do. I ended up that night having to knock my self put to kill the pain. After it got to a pain level 9 but at times felt like a ten but I believe I have felt worse pain before. I liked everything else but they they gave me 800 ml gram bop. I take 2 of those just for my migraines because of my level 3 jaw and concussions I have had in the past years.

Dr. Mandava- Rated #1! I will never go to another ever again! He is so very kind, considerate, polite, proper, gentle, so very respectful, honestly It is like going to an expensive spa, and I was treated as if I were his VIP. His staff (I hope I got them all!) Katie, Kristi, Kathy, I love you guys- thanks for the VIP care- best care and TLC ever!! I have waited years to take care of my smile, now hes making my dreams come true! I cant wait to get more done! Im smiling again! Ive had the front smile-now I want it all!

I havent seen a dentist on almost 10 years and was anxious about my appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I now have a plan of care after talking with the office manager who was able to assist with a financing plan. She took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I didnt feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. I have not experienced any procedures yet so I cannot yet review that aspect. So far, I would recommend this office and Dr. Stuckey.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was amazing! Her attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. Definitely recommend her services for sure! Best cleaning Ive had! Her name is Jennifer. She also did my numbing when I had to have a crown put on. In all my years of having to have shots, I didnt feel a thing. I was shocked because normally it stings or pinches. Nope, not with Jennifer. She knows exactly what she is doing! Amazing! Call and get an appointment!

I had oral surgery with 3 wisdom teeth removed. I was healing up the next day afer I thought it was going to be 2-3 days of healing. The doctor explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions. The assistants explained everything they were doing. They even provided me a blanket because I was chilled. I will continue to go there and recommend this site to other people!!!!

The service was horrible. They charge me a hundred and $1 for basically nothing. They gave me an antibiotic and ibuprofen which I informed the dentist that Id already been taken and it did nothing to alleviate the pain. They did nothing to correct that problem. I will never go there again. The dentist that I did end up going to said that about 75% of his patients come from Aspen Dental
