Dr. Williams was great, BUT, I had a root canal and was told it would be $1611.52 of which my insurance was paying $1000.00. I gladly paid the difference of $611.52. Done, right? NO. Over one year later I get a collecting notice for $68.00, from fox collection agency, $68.00!!! ELAINE said she sent me notices, made phone calls which I never received either. Keep in mind this is $68.00. They turned this over to Fox collection which has damaged my credit. $68.00. He was paid over $1600.00. ELAINE with no personality said without offering any assistance, Oh your insurance company changed their mind on what they wanted to pay on the crown. My bad, my fault. Hope you have alot of good clients to keep you going Chad. Dr. Williams even invited to go golf with him at his PRIVATE country club. No thanks. Sorry but this really PISSED me off, especially ELAINES attitude. I make plenty of money to pay $68.00. Sorry money is so tight with Dr. Chad Williams office. Hope business gets better for you. I must admit if you want a great Dentist, great staff and all around comfortable environment then Smile Gallery is the place for you!! I have to drive 45 min to get to SG from my home and its worth it every time. The folks I have referred to SG feel the same. Dr Chad goes above and beyond such as if an additional problem may occur during routine teeth cleaning such as a cavity he will do all in his power to take care of it right then so no coming back another day. As a small child I had a bad experience at a dentist so as an adult I was not going to any dentist to take advantage of my 2 free yearly teeth cleanings provided by my insurance. Once I told Chad my fears he has over time reassured me each time I am there. He is always smiling, pretty much always has a joke for you to make you smile. The staff works with my insurance, I never have to deal with it. They are a great team and should be recognized as so. Smile Gallery is my place!! Keep up the good work team!!

I can NOT thank Dr Chad enough. I have had unbearable pain due to a wisdom tooth coming in for 5 days. My boys see Dr Chad so I know him and his staff. I do NOT have insurance and not much money to play with. I went into his office this morning to set up appointments for my boys. I asked if they could point me in the right direction on how to get this tooth removed considering my situation. I leave with some information and by the time I got home, (ten mins later), I have a voicemail asking me to come back because Dr Chad was willing to help me. This man extracted my wisdom tooth and did NOT charge me a dime. To be able to sit without your face hurting is an amazing thing. I will forever be grateful for him doing this for me simply because he seen how much pain I was in. Thank you for proving that there are still good people in the world. I can only give you 5 stars here, but you are worth so much more than that. Thank you Dr Williams

This was my first visit today to see Dr Chad Smiley. From the minute I walked into the office I was greeted with a warm smile. As far as the cleaning went it was the best I have ever experienced my gums were not sore at all afterwards I did not feel anything like I have in the past with other dentist. I was told that i needed some silver filings removed because they were aged and some missing and cracked they gave me a estimated bill what my insurance would pay and what my part was all right in the same chair. Dr Chad was wonderful very personable and friendly and really cares about his patients. I wish medical doctors would spend the quality time he does with his patients.. Over all I would give 10 stars but can only leave 5 so I will be telling all my friends and family.

I have trusted Dr. Chad Williams with all of my dental care needs for 11+ years. Dr. Williams is always professional, caring, kind, and sometimes witty. It is those qualities that helps me feel at ease with whatever dental procedure I may need done. Dr. Williams recommends that I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and get ex-rays of them yearly. I am very happy to say that I havent had any cavities for several years, because I follow his advice with regular cleanings, brushing and flossing. Dr. Chad Williams and his staff are fantastic! Smile Gallery is the BEST place to go for all your dental care! I highly recommend Smile Gallery for your entire family!

After several visits from my family His office always gives you a list of charges according to your insurance coverage. Without fail when the insurance payment is made you always seem to owe them more. I think they are using underhanded methods to regain some of the lost revenue that comes from insurance discounts. After all he did build that really nice new building and it has to be paid for somehow. I will not be going back to this office in the future and I hope that he gets investigated to find out what he is up to. The moral of the story here is buyer beware! Oh and BTW his office staff is horrible too.

This man will take your money and leave u needing more work done to your teeth. Told me how much money he made off my tenncare and kept scheduling me for work I didnt want. He gave me porcelain veneers and one broke 1yr after I received them. Theyre supposed to last 10 yrs!! Went back to get them to fix it crying hysterically and whoops! Too late they waited two weeks for authorization and tenncare wouldnt pay. I was already 21. Sure he and his staff are great personalities but they have to be. Would I have seen him if he was blatantly rude and a jerk to me?

Smile Gallery is the absolute best. The office itself is just beautiful with the most modern up to date equipment. The staff are fabulous! They go beyond call of duty to make your visit the most pleasant ever. Dr. Chad has the best chair side manner of anyone Ive ever seen. You immediately feel comfortable and at ease. The best and most pain free dentist Ive ever been to. I would highly recommend Smile Gallery to everyone. I drive 5 hours one way to see him. Thats just how good he is!!!

Recently moved to Lebanon and decided to find a local dentist. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease the office staff made it to move my dental insurance, schedule an appointment and follow up prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was professional, quickly had me fill out the requisite paperwork, teeth cleaned and quick visit by Dr Chad Williams. I was in and out under an hour. Very glad I chose Smile Gallery and Dr Williams as my new dentist!

The reason I stayed with Smile Gallery is because Ive never had a dentist stand behind his or her work the way that Dr. Williams does.
