Just to follow up with my initial post below...... Yesterday I had my second appointment with Dr. Gutti. Outstanding would be an understatement. I had a wisdom tooth and the one next to it extracted. It was honestly painless. They were out before I knew it. Dr. Gutti and her assistant were entertaining and funny. She actually told me I was doing a great job, when she was the one doing the work. I really appreciate the comfort of genuine people at this place. If you have a phobia of dentist....this office will cure your phobia. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I visited this office for the first time today. I thought Tavia, was the most informative and knowledgeable hygienist I have ever encountered. I believe this office has got me going in the right direction. Dr. Gutti was extremely nice and really cares about her quality of dentistry and the overall care for her patients.My overall experience from start to finish was way more pleasant than expected. Im really proud to say that Dr. Gutti is my new dentist. It was a very welcoming experience. Thank you so much.

I had only went here 2 times but these people absolutely rock. Dr.Gutti, her staff & Sherry her assistant, made me feel so at ease. I am fairly new to this area & was very clueless on dentist. I googled dentist near & read Dr.Gutti reviews. So I said I will try them. Well I had to try them sooner then later. My first visit was an emergency extraction. I called on a Monday & they had me in on Tuesday morning. I was not expecting an emergency extraction but Dr.Gutti made me feel so calm that the procedure went well. And they give you a comfort bag to get you on your way. My 2nd visit was a simple cleaning & to come up with a plan to get my smile perfect again. Sherry rocked it. She did great on the cleaning & explaining every procedure I would need. She also helped me with my insurance & financing options. I so look forward to my future visits. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

When looking for a dentist in the area I am so glad I chose Comfort Plus Family Dental. The staff is incredibly helpful and dedicated to making each patients experience a superb one. I generally have anxiety when going to the dentist, but this is not the case with this practice. Kaitlin the hygienist is very gentle and skilled at her practice, it helps to know that the person working on my teeth has been extensively educated in the field. I have gotten a few fillings from Dr. Gutti, I am very anxious about needles and receiving injections. Ive never had a dentist that managed to complete a filling without inflicting some kind of pain, but with Dr. Gutti it was completely a painless experience. I recommend visiting Comfort Plus Family Dental for any dental need you may have, it is a practice full of extensive knowledge and one that truly cares about patient outcomes.

I found comfort plus from google and called them up about getting a wisdom tooth pulled. I dont have insurance so I was expecting to get a high quote. WELL, I was pleasantly surprised. It was quoted under 200 bucks cash. I was scheduled the next day 9/22 for an X-ray and the extraction today. They were very friendly and quick about seeing me. Didnt look at my mouth with disdain lol. Today I went to get my tooth pulled and they were so sweet, explained everything clearly, and took their time. My tooth was HORRIBLE, causing me pain everyday and when they pulled it, I felt NO PAIN at all. I was almost laughing while they were in my mouth because they were asking if I was ok. This place is definitely worth going to and I will be back for sure. Dont pass them up! They are right behind the ymca in roebuck! Recommending all of my friends and family to go!

Dr. Pretty I recently had to seek a new Dentist due to the retirement of my long time Dentist.I chose Comfort Plus because they except BCBS of Al insurance. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit . A very friendly knowledgeable staff greeted me. Then when Dr Pretty walked in the room. I knew without a doubt I had made a excellent choice. Now that I have been a patient for a little while they have mmade a plan for me to get all my dental needs met in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone needing dental work to make Comfort Plus your first call. Appointments are easy and will work all types of schedules. You will be happy u did and have the prettiest dentist ever taking care of your teeth.

I was suffering from a tooth ache for a very long time. But I could not go to the dentist in a timely manner - partly because of my work schedule and partly because I was scared. When the pain was very severe and I could no longer take it, I called Comfort Plus Family Dental. Even though it was a weekend, Dr. Gutti took time to see me at her office and took care of my problem. I had a very deep cavity and she said I might need a root canal; however she was able to fix my tooth with a filling. All throughout the procedure, she was very gentle. Needless to say, it has been about 1.5 years and I did not have to get a root canal. Dr. Gutti is very caring and a professional dentist. I would highly recommend her.

I had a decayed, chipped, and infected back tooth that also had a cavity in it. I went to a dentist in Cullman and after she had numbed some of the area, I still felt pain. She bragged about her numbing abilities and said that she would not extract the tooth. I went home and searched "comfort dental" and found Comfort Plus Family Dental in Birmingham. I made an appointment and was extremely pleased. Dr. Gutti and her staff were very professional. I was very pleased with Dr. Guttis gentle technique to remove a difficult back tooth. I have always been apprehensive about dentists, but I do not have that problem anymore. Dr. Gutti is my new dentist and I look forward to her restoring my dental health.

I am changing my previous review. My previous review was negative but after hearing the dentist side, I believe it would be only fair to change my review. Upon listening to the dentist, I realize that she decided to do what was best for my son than for her. That is really important to me. This dentist is very caring about her patients. What I failed to realize is that she was doing what was best for my son in the long run so he wouldnt have anxiety issues with dentists in the long run. Definitely will recommend her if you need a dentist but try an actual pediatric dentist if your child is opposed to the dentist. She will put your needs first.

I had previously been taking my son to one of those kiddie dental mills where they have like ten kids all back in one main room and they churn them out like a factory. What I love about Comfort Plus is the super nice staff. They are courteous, prompt and personable. Dr. Gutti is just as nice as her staff and willing to go the extra mile. It was so nice to be treated like a patient and not like a number. It put my normally hesitant and afraid son at ease. He came out exclaiming over how nice they were and how the nurse/dental assistant even held his hand while he had a tooth extracted. We will always go back. Comfort Plus is now our dental home
