Dr. Gafford is without a doubt the BEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Thats right, I said "pleasure", because she is not just a pretty face, oh no, she is extremely knowledgable and helped me understand the issues I came in with explaining exactly what I needed to know. Combined with her lengthy experience and skill, I was in and out with the best dental care I have EVER had, lickety split! And all the lovely ladies assisting Dr. Gafford keep Trussville Dentistry running so professionally are awesome! It looks like a fun place to work!! A million thanks!!

Rude receptionist. I called and said I wanted to set up an appointment and she said "You mean you want to MAKE an appointment?" in a really snarky voice. Like she didnt understand what I was saying. Then acted mean when I told her my insurance provider like I was inferior for not having BCBS.
