Horrible horrible experience. I was neglected in two different situations. I went in for a consultation for cosmetic crowns and was supposed to receive my care plan that afternoon along with a total. I was told it would be the next day before they had my plan together (totally okay considering my appt was the last one before closing). I believe it was 3 1/2 months and about 10 phone calls later that i actually got my care plan, but even then it was recited to me over the phone rather than a plan actually in my hand. The cosmetic crowns ended up being put on hold, because they were about 800$ more than everywhere else I checked. They did have a Black Friday special going on with 25% off so I ordered whitening trays of which I was told I would receive on the same day that my impressions were made. I went in on November the 30th to have the impressions made and was told that I would now get them back the next day because they were out of the correct materials to make them; okay, no problem. Its January the 16th and not one time have they returned any of my 4 follow up calls asking about the status of my trays. I saw a few of the dental assistants that I recognized out in public one day and when I spoke to them, they informed me that they no longer worked there and advised that I disconnect any relationship I had with the business. Very Very unsatisfied. I am the assistant director of a business and talk to 50+ people a day; I would never tell someone that I was going to call them right back with information and then neglect to do so for the next few months; unfortunately, not everyone thinks that way. :(

Lebanon Dental Excellence is anything BUT excellent! Their new location is 1037 W. Main St, Suite E in Lebanon, TN. The receptionist was very rude! The hygienist, though very pleasant, didnt do a thorough job of cleaning my teeth (bridges were skipped and polishing was skipped). Well over a dozen x-rays were taken of my mouth for no apparent reason. I waited for approximately 2 hours to see the dentist, though I had an appointment. The dentist didnt even introduce himself; he actually asked his assistant why I was there instead of talking to me. I was told that I had 3 teeth that needed work with a cost of $140 beyond what Metlife Ins will pay. After being treated in an ill manner again by the receptionist, I decided to call back and ask for my x-rays to go elsewhere. I was given my x-rays along with someone elses x-rays (which I figured out when delivering them to my new dentist). A military dentist and another dentist in Lebanon (Gregory Dental) have since administered an exam and found that I do NOT have teeth that need work as the Lebanon Dental Excellence dentist incorrectly determined. I do NOT and will not trust Lebanon Dental Excellence for any dentistry work.

I would like to say Ive always had a great experience except for this past Monday. I went in to have 2 teeth pulled an the dentist Dr. Ciara cracked one of my Good ones an then tried to pull an infected one. So needless to say I will never, NEVER,see this dentist again. I will stick with Dr.Cosby. He is amazing at what he does hands down. Also the girls up front are very sweet and understanding expecially, Logan. Thanks see you guys in a few weeks. I would like to give a big thanks to him an his staff for making me feel ascomfortable as possible. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone. What and AMAZING dental experience!! Dr. McNeely is FLAT OUT AMAZING! He came in with the most charming smile and talked me through the entire process before he began anything, making sure I was well aware and understanding of what was about to take place and answering any questions I had. He calmed my nerves and spoke to me as my friend instead of my dentist. He made sure to make a lasting impression that will keep me coming back! I am a dental excellence client for life! I look forward to coming to the dentist now, which is something I thought I would NEVER be able to say, and it is all thanks for Dr. McNeely! My experience definitely exceeded my expectations and will definitely exceed yours! I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for a great, friendly, amazing dental experience fit for the whole family! This business truly is EXCELLENT!!!

Had been up all night with a severe tooth ache and they were more then willing to help. Dr Cosby was excellent he did an excellent job in removing the tooth. The receptionist was also very kind and generous. However I give this place 2 stars because the lady that took my xray was beyond rude, and treated me like I meant nothing. Also they did not use clean mirrors for the inside of my mouth they were covered in gunk and made me extremely nervous. All in all if u dont mind the rude xray tech and the place being sorta gross then Dr Cosby is for u. Like I said he had a molor out in 5 min and actually asked me if I was feeling pain or pressure and helped me there and with medicine to take home. Thank you doc but get a better xray person or I wont be there again and will not tell anyone to go there!

I went in today for a broken tooth that was causing me severe pain and got top notch service! I had originally scheduled an appointment for myself, husband and our 3 year old; my husband wasnt able to make it due to work but I kept our appointments and went in with my 3 year old and 4 month old. I ended up needing a root canal and they went out of their way to make a payment plan that worked for me, and the dental assistants and front desk people were so nice and watched my children while I got my procedure started so I didnt have to go home in pain. Dr. Cosby was very informative and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The whole crew were all just very kind, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Thanks dental excellence!

I have pretty considerable anxiety when it comes to people scraping my teeth and drilling in my face. I get super freaked out. BUT. The staff and docs go out of their way to make me feel at ease. They have great attitudes and *omg* a sense of humor. They explain things if you need them to. And they will work with you financially, which has made it possible for me to get my teeth fixed. (Note: Ive had 2 root canals with these guys, not just cleanings.) Ive had work done by Dr. Beni and Dr. Cosby, and they have both been awesome and their work has stood up. I LOVE all the ladies that work in the office, theyre all just really sweet and funny. You know what. Just go in for a teeth cleaning. Theyre amazing, but you go see for yourself. :D
