I love going to Triad Eye Center! Dr. Martinek is very knowledgable. When I transferred my old records to her last year, she took the time to reviewe them and was familiar with all my eye care history by the time I had my appointment. This year, I brought my 3 year old daughter to her for a baseline eye exam. She and her staff were wonderful with her. My daughter isnt usually very receptive to medical staff (esp on first visits), but she was very comfortable there. They made her exam so enjoyable that she didnt want to leave! I am also a medical professional, so Im very familiar with hand hygiene, environmental cleanliness and patient safety. I observed everyone practicing proper hand hygiene, the office/equipment is VERY CLEAN, and patient safety is number one at Triad Eye Center. I look forward to continuing my familys eye care with Dr. Martinek and the Triad Eye Center staff. ~R. Dawson

I have only had great experiences at Triad Eye Center in Greensboro. The level of professionalism is evident throughout all levels of staff. Outstanding customer service and a consistency of quality throughout the practice. Besides a knowledge of all things optometric and up to date treatments, I want an eye doctor who shows a personal level of care for each of their patients and is willing to take time with you. Dr.s Koop and Martinek are all that and a bag of chips! I experienced a detached retina and 6 months later required cataract surgery in the same eye. Dr. Martineks recommendations of surgeons were spot-on and her thorough follow ups were as good as it gets. She even searched the web, found and printed out a coupon for some recommended eye drops while in the room with me- just to help me out. They are MAGNIFICENT!

My family is very pleased with the quality of care at Triad Eye Center. My son is a patient of Dr. Koop and I am a patient of Dr. Martinek. Both doctors provide excellent care and take my familys health very seriously. They both are easy to talk to and take the time to listen to their patients and actually hear what they have to say. And concerning contact lenses and eyeglasses, both doctors take the time to find the right product to meet each patients needs. I have seen other Optometrists in the Greensboro area and Drs. Koop and Martinek are the best by far! I am pleased with the quality service provided by the staff as well. In all the years I have gone to Triad Eye Center, I have never been displeased about a visit. I highly recommend this office.

Thanks to Dr. Koop and his wife, I have great vision. The eye Dr. I used for 11 years kept telling me I had a lazy eye. It was getting where I was unable to pass my DOT eye exam. I visited Dr. Martinek when they had their office in Randleman, NC for the first time to get another exam. From that moment on, I have had improve vision. Dr. Koop examine me the next year and discovered my left eye was in need of cataract operation. I now have 20-15 vision with my glasses. I have never had that kind of eye vision before. Anyone who cares about their eye sight, you will not find anyone better or more caring then Dr. Matinek and Dr. Koop. Triad Eye Center is the only place I trust with my eye sight.

This was my very first eye doctor appointment, all I wanted was an eye exam. Dr Koop and other staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but I couldnt help feel like I was being pushed to purchase my glasses from this location. I was lead to one location after another up to check out where I finally was charged $296, I was only visiting to get my eyes checked. I ended up cancelling the recommended glasses, but never received my prescription. I left this place feeling confused and robbed!

I had seen the same doctor for many years before seeing Dr. Martinek last fall. I am so pleased with the care and concern she has shown for the health of my eyes. She also took time to review my records from the previous doctor and updated my prescription so I am very happy with my glasses. The entire staff from the person answering the phone to the professional help selecting glasses is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Triad Eye Center to anyone looking for excellent care.

Have have been seeing Dr. Timothy Koop now for a few years and have never been happier with his staff and the results of my exams. I recommend him to anyone that wants an experience of a lifetime. He is one Dr. that really listens to his patients and explains things thoroughly. Another thing I can tell you is that you are never and I mean NEVER rushed through an exam and do NOT have to wait and wait and wait to be seen. God bless him and his entire staff.

Triad Eye Center is the most thorough professional eye doctor office I have ever gone to. I felt as though I were their only patient. Everyone, from the doctors to the office staff to the optical services technicians were very professional, courtesy and helpful. I saw Dr. Angela Martinek, but I would have no reservations at all about also seeing Dr. Koop. I highly recommend them for all eye care needs. I will be going to them for a very long time!

My family has seen both Dr. Martinek and Dr. Koop. They truly listen and, like others have said, are friendly and professional. In the 8 years Ive been going, Ive never sat in the waiting room longer than 5 minutes. The office staff is also friendly and seems genuinely concerned about the care you are receiving. Both doctors work patiently with my children as well. I am very satisfied with Triad Eye Center and highly recommend them to others.

Very friendly staff! Doctor Kopp always show genuine concern for the patients eye health. He explains in details that are easy to understand, answers all questions thoroughly. He always makes sure you leave with what you need, explains new technology fully. He recommends what you need but does not sell you on something you dont need! I have referred several over the years I have been going to Dr. Koop. All have been extremely pleased!

Ive never received the level of care that the entire staff here displays anywhere else. I have seen both Dr. Martinek and Dr. Koop and couldnt be more satisfied with the service they both provide. My vision is better than ever before. Ill be moving soon, but I will be making the two hour drive to Triad Eye Center.
