I came to this location for my annual eye check-up. The doctors side was great, very friendly staff, Dr. Brigman is really friendly. I did have an issue when I went over to the eyeglass side. I started out with a gal who suddenly had to leave while helping me. Before leaving, shed asked if I wanted the anti-glare lenses and Id asked her to do a price comparison for me (knowing the anti-glare lenses were probably too expensive). When the new gal took over, I figured Id only been charged for the regular lenses. I paid and was told my glasses would be ready later that afternoon. When I called to ask about getting a receipt, I was told that a receipt would be ready and that my lenses were anti-glare. When I went in to pick up my glasses later, I found that Id also been charged for a protection plan that I wasnt asked about. As I was looking over my receipt the next day, I saw that with the lenses and protection plan, Id been overcharged almost $110! As a college student, I cant afford that! So, I called and spoke with the manager, Karen, who was very understanding and helpful. She told me to keep the lenses because if I returned them Id definitely see a difference (compared to regular lenses) but that shed refund the charge for them. She also refunded the charge for the protection plan. Im so grateful that Karen was able to help me fix this issue, Ill definitely return to this location!

I have found my new home for eye care. I had an eye appointment with Dr. Cox today and it was better than I expected. He was very knowledgeable and has a passion for his work. If you are looking for a place that treats you well and is fair priced give them a call and ask for Dr. Cox. Thanks Matt for going above and beyond. Ill see you next year.

The exam portion was perfect. Matthew Cox runs a great office. The eye care center store is unorganized. I have had multiple quotes on the exact same frames. Price gouging and price discrepancies are common. The women working there often ignore waiting customers and take a looooooong time to do anything at all.
