Worst experience I have ever had. Left waiting in a waiting room for 2 hours and then again in the office. Received a phone call, not asking, but requesting that I arrive for 3 pm. only to find that 3 others received the same call to come in at 3 pm. On top of all the waiting, lost time at work and being forced to use personal time when it wasnt necessary, they continue to bill me even after Dr. Siemenski stated there is NO CHARGE for follow up visits for 6 months after eye surgery. She even wrote NO CHARGE on the chart on the my last visit and indicated she would talk to the billing dept. Well, what do I get today??? A bill for my copay for 2 of the follow up visits! Go figure! And they want "donations"! HA!!!
