Taken my husband here twice. Once- voluntarily, my husbands back just... stopped working. He was walking and just bent over without trying to and then was in debilitating pain for days before I convinced him to see a doctor. Took him here and they treated him as if he was a drug addict, no diagnosis was given, they just gave him some yoga poses to do. The desk people acted like we were insurance scammers and said they "couldnt find" us in "the system" but when I called Primera they assured me that nothing was wrong on that end. Today- husband needed treatment again because he chopped part of his finger off at work (hes a chef), and this is where his manager dropped him (wouldnt have come back if I had a say in it). THE PA NEVER IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS A PA. LET US THINK HE WAS A DOCTOR THE WHOLE TIME, AND THEN "TRAINED" HIS NEW STAFF MEMBER ON SUTURING. He never gave the option of consent for training. He never said he himself was not a doctor. THEY EXPERIMENTED on my husband. They stitched his finger up with an aluminum graft and REFUSED to give him antibiotics or pain medicine. He said just take Tylenol and Ibuprophen on rotation until the pain wears off. Come back if theres signs of infection. DISGUSTING place. I am beyond livid with this dump of an Urgent Care. This time she says we can pay out of pocket (with a nasty "if you can afford it"---how is that even appropriate to say?) if were so sure that we have insurance, and theyll refund the money when thats confirmed. I knew this sounded shady, but my husband was in terrible pain so we agreed to it. We go to the pharmacy to pick up my husbands prescriptions from the visit...Guess what? We pay $5 for them because of our insurance covered the rest. We get home, call our insurance provider, they confirm that we are indeed fully covered and should only have had to pay a copay for the visit, that Urgent Medical must not have done something correctly. So we call Urgent Med. and explain what we learned. Instead of trying to work through this, my husband was met with more rudeness and a refusal to refund the money, so naturally he gets upset. They said there is no way they made the mistake and that it had to be on BC/BSs end. I understand that these people probably DO deal with people trying to work the system, but my experience with Cone and its affiliates is that they assume the worst first and you have to prove your authenticity at your expense...guilty until proven innocent, in a way. The service his doctor provided was great, he quickly found out the issue and my husband is feeling better. Unfortunately, the reception team has TWICE been rude, condescending, and just all around unhelpful. I will not be going back. Id rather pay an ER copay and wait there, than give this place my business again.

Arriving to GSO I started getting pains in my chest and went to the Urgent Care before 5:00 PM. The Urgent Care Doctor said I wasnt having a Heart Attack and advised me to go to the Emergency Room outpatient for a CAT-Scan. I told him I was having the deep coughs and chest pains he gave me a prescription for Hydrocodone/Chlorphen ER Suspension cough medicine and directions to Wesley Long Community Hospital-Emergency. The Urgent Care closed at 6:00 PM. After waiting in pain for almost 2 hours the ER CAT-Scan personnel was not able to reach the Urgent Care Dr. and told me it appeared I may have Bronchitis in the lungs and told me to go home and call the urgent care in the morning when then they opened. I advised I was still having pains in my chest and she removed my tube in my arm and sent me home. I did not sleep that night for the pain in my chest and fear that I was alone in a hotel and no one to find me. The next morning I went due to the pain and shortness of breath drove back to the emergency room. I was given a shot of Toradol for the pain, took a EKG and X-Rays given a prescription for Benzonatate and was told to take IBUPROFEN and contact my primary doctor when I got back home the next week. A nurse called me the next day to advise me that a prescription for Prednisone had been called in for me to take.

If you are going here, be prepared to be ignored or lost in the shuffle. I went for some antibiotics for an absess in my gums and face. I could not open my mouth to eat. I was given decent service upon my visit, and prescribed penisillin for the absess, After one week, just as my perscription was almost out, I was able to open my mouth for the first time. The next morning, I took my perscription to be refilled, which required the Dr.s approval. I have heard nothing from the doctor or the office. I have called several times today, and no one could tell me anything, except that my request was at the top of the list, yet I never heard anything. My absess has now gotten worse, and I can no longer open my mouth, something which could have been avoided if the prescription was refilled in a timely manner. I could get no information as to if or when I would be contacted, and to avoid wasting the whole time of being on medication,. My doctors name was Steven A. Daub--avoid his services like the plague. The only reaason I gave the care I received there one star was because I had to; trust me, it is not deserved

Terrible service - worst in Greensboro!!! I will not go there ever again and this was my primary care physician. Son needed care due to a laceration on his face caused during a biking accident. Arrived at 5:56 pm and receptionist would not let us in. My wife was standing there holding a blood filled rag at the door and they just stared at her. I then called on my cell phone and talked to the very same lady staring at us at the door who then said their clock showed 6:01 - "sorry." She said "I am just clerical." I told her I didnt care who she was or what her clock showed - she should let us in and we were there before 6pm. She still wouldnt let us in. Horrible! They should stop advertising hours if they are going to lock their doors before closing time to keep people out. Additionally, they need to reconsider their patient care and customer service philosophy. I WILL be telling everyone about this poor care and service. It made me sick to my stomach to be treated that way.

I swear, its always something when I come here. Whether its being forgotten in a room in which assistant literally says "omg I didnt even know u were in here" as I was puking my guts up for last hour in room, or left sitting in the hall waiting on check out info for literally 25 min as I watch staff talk about weekend plans then say "Im so sorry I forgot to bring this up here.." , or called and told to pick up prescription that has not even ready (twice)first time: after battle just to get prescription refill which happens often, the pharmacy tech at CVS said "Im sorry you have to take this back cuz no instructions" after already waiting 5 days to get refill. Second time: get call its ready,I leave work just to wait 30 min for them to locate Dr. To get signature bease " I came sooner than expected". Then why did you call me??? Its always something. Im sorry but they need to get it together cuz its getting ridiculous.
