As one of the many northern transplants, its been 11 years, and 4 different dentists in Raleigh for me. Now that Ive found Dr. Urlaub and his amazing staff, Im done searching. Cozy, home-like office, not that sterile, medical feel some have. Up front about costs, insurance coverage, and out-of-pocket total owed. This was huge for me, after being with several practices which charge one amount at time of service, only to send you a bill a week later saying you owe more! Dr. Urlaub is extremely knowledgeable and willing sit down with you and explain EVERYTHING and answer any and all questions. Id give them 6 stars if I could!

I drive from a town away to go to Roger Urlaubs office because a really good Dentist is well worth a little travel time. My kids are comfortable and at ease with Dr. Urlaub and his staff and office are state of the art. Between the most current technologies available and Dr. Urlaubs dedication to professionalism I am confident my teeth and my families teeth are in the most capable hands available in the Triangle area of NC. I recommend Dr. Urlaub to anyone within a hours drive because the difference between bad dental work and "top of the line," can make a huge difference in your day to day life.

I cant recommend this practice enough. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, as is Dr. Urlaub. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth on my first visit was hands-down the most gentle hygienist Ive ever met. Dr. Urlaub is a busy man but you cant tell! He makes time to genuinely listen and keep track of both my teeth and my husbands teeth. It says a lot that everyone in the practice remember that my husband and I are both patients, and of course our dental work has been excellent as well.

The dentist is one place I really am uneasy about going to but I felt very comfortable here. This was my first time and everyone was so great!! The front desk people were nice, my hygienist, Cara ,was so sweet and did a fantastic job! I felt like she really took pride in her work and gave me a really thorough cleaning. Dr. Urlaub was great, very personable and just made you feel at ease. I highly recommend this office!!! Tara M

Dr. Urlaub recently cared for a friend with a dental emegerncy. He fit her into his busy scheduled. She was so releived. Dr. Ulrlaub is also very generous. He is donating a fabulous and expensive dental gift basket to support homeless infants at the Raleigh Rescue Mission. Great guy and great dentist!!

Its been almost a decade since Ive seen a dentist. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. Roger is friendly, and is very proactive with oral hygiene. The small bonuses are an overhead television (I hate the dentist, helps to tune things out like teeth grinding). Would recommend to others.

Dr. Urlab is great. Ive had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years at various dentists and I appreciate his approach to conserve as much of the natural tooth as possible. In addition to being a great dentist, he is hilarious. I always enjoy chatting with him and his staff.
