The hiring supervisor Cheri Ware is the worst hiring manager I have ever had the displeasure of being interviewed by. I literally feel like my intelligence has been insulted because 4 weeks later, I still have not heard a "Yes" or "No" hiring decision. That would have been fine if for the fact that during the interview, she repeatedly kept using the word will: "You will start next Monday... You will go through a one week training... You will eventually work with 100 to 130 nursing payroll accounts... You will do this... You will do that... There is no gray area here. Those were her words. She even told Accountemps that I was congenial, sharp and a great interviewee and that she was confident I could do the job. She also told me during the interview shed let me know by the end of the week and one month later still nothing. When you say all those things and then do not at least have the courtesy to tell someone of your decision whether for better or worse, then you take the other persons energy and that is dishonest and unethical. That is the reason I write this because that type of behavior should not be tolerated in our society and anyone who behaves like that should be called out for what they are. Ps: I will call her superior on Monday to let him/her know about this. Then I will update this post afterward.

I didnt have a good experience with TruStaff.. I was ready to start my assignment, when I was told that it got moved up by one week. Two days before I was suppose to start, I was told that there wasnt an open spot for me. I had quit my good paying job, to take this traveling job. I was promised a job, all paper work and agreement signed.. I made several calls to my recruiter, I got a lot of "Im so sorry".. I called his supervisor, and left message and he never called me back. This left me in a financial hardship. I feel I wasnt treated fare. I wouldnt refer anyone to this agency after the way I was treated.

This is a wonderful company. The staff cares about you and works with you. I have travelled for years and kept coming back to Trustaff. A lot of other companies ignore their nurses when they got ill NOT Trustaff. They have seen me through cancer and a stroke. God bless them all because I truly believe Trustaff has a direct line to heaven. If you want a company that cares about you...then look no further.

I have worked with several other agencies in the past. Most are at least satisfactory, but trustaff, especially my recruiter Karen, really goes beyond my expectations. Trustaff combines the right company policies that empowers their recruiters to get you top dollar for your contracts. Coupled with a motivated yet not pushy recruiter, it makes for perfect agency to work for.
