The doctor falls asleep constantly, very hard to understand and is completely obnoxious with his rude comments! I had one foot out the door until I met Dr. Asim. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand what is going on with your pet and will take the time to answer any questions you have. If it wasnt for Dr. Asim and the staff this place would of received a 1 star rating!

Amazing Ive been going there with my 9 year old American Bulldog since she was 4 months old and will take they have helped her ha e a healthy life even through cancer and being an active dog(nicks and scrapes). Best place in Northeast Ohio!

Wonderful staff! Very experienced veterinarian, also qualified to treat exotic pets. My canine, who is often skittish in new places, felt right at home here! Dr. Rickards and staff were knowledgeable and inviting. Highly recommended!
