We have a Boston Terrier. She is always calm when she visits St. Francis. The entire staff is friendly and they are caring for our dog. The vets are always available to answer questions, even if via phone. We bring our dog for "mani/pedi" which is done swiftly, kindly and with great care. She also comes for annual "well dog" visits and again everyone is fantastic and instructive. Our dog is sevel years only and has only had one real health issue -- a small growth on a paw. Dr. Lin was conservative in her treatment before opting for surgery -- at all times she was most communicative (with both canine and humans). The surgery went well and our dog was well cared for afterward. Everyone was just so kind and caring. Our family has been in the area for many years; in the past we have gone to other vets. It was a blessing to meet Dr. Lin and hear of St Francis -- we would go nowhere else with our pet and have recommended St. Francis many times. We always do so with great enthusiasm and without any hesitation.

When my dog became ill and needed prompt attention, Dr. Damien Lin went above and beyond to assist me and get my dog back in good health. I can’t thank her enough for her willingness to help and ensure my dog is able to stay in service and remain healthy. It’s also worth mentioning that every time I visit the office, all of the staff there are incredibly friendly, professional and willing to assist. The way the staff interacts with their patients shows dedication and a true love and respect for animals. One can give nothing but a wholehearted endorsement of their professional services and courtesies. From the birth or adoption of a family pet through emergencies, generalized vet care, surgeries, boarding services, and end of life assistance, St. Francis caring and skilled veternarians as well as their kind and supportive staff is there for you each stage of your pets life. Our entire extended family have been clients of St. Francis Animal Clinic since the 1970s and wouldnt dream of taking a beloved pet anywhere else!

Big waste of time. First the name is misleading: They have no religious affiliation despite the name. This is deceitful, inexcusable and reason enough not to see them. I already knew about my dogs chronic cancer issue and that is not why I brought him there. He had been very sick over the weekend - not eating and barely moving. I brought him there and they did nothing to clarify why he suddenly got sick and offered no tests to determine his condition, other than an x-ray for cancer which I already knew about. I still have no idea what made him so suddenly ill. Given my medical background, I had to tell them to prescribe antibiotics in case he had a bacterial or virus issue. Fortunately, he is doing much better... NO THANKS TO THIS CLINIC!

GEORGE love Dr Lin almost as much as his rainbow unicorn! WE will never go anywhere else - the staff always makes George feel like he is priority and they can deal with him when he is being a little stubborn when getting his ears cleaned.....I think we had the entire staff at one point gently holding him so he would understand it was for his own good. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I hope you can see the picture I attached.....

I only have one dog, but shes like my kid and wouldnt I wouldnt trust her care to anyone but Dr. Lin. Dr. Lin is awesome. She doesnt talk above you and is about as down to earth as they come. Kippy loves her and her vet visits are virtually painless. Kippy actually likes going to the vet, partly due to the amount of treats Dr. Lin feeds her when Im not looking, lol. Excellent vet!

GREAT VETS! EXCELLENT LOCATION! We see both doctors at St Francis and enjoy every visit. Theyve been in the same location for as long as Ive lived in Naples. They are always so accommodating of our schedule as well, Ive never not been able to make an appointment the day I needed.
