I am appalled by the referral system for the Mental Health portion of the clinic. Completely unprofessional in regards to directing an individual who needed counseling and the clinic is unable to assist. In my experience, a friend completed an intake several weeks ago, and was turned down for services upon a second meeting and not given any type of referral. As a licensed counselor, that action (or rather non-action) is completely unethical. Seriously, just give a hard copy of a name/agency to put in the hands of this person seeking help. You are supposed to help people feel hopeful about their future, not hopeless. Upon reaching out to the Director of the program, there was very little compassion about the situation and very poor customer service. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.

I have been calling this clinic for almost 4 weeks now to make an appointment. I have missed my first one and called the day before to reschedule but never received a call back. So I decided to drive 30 min to make an appointment by person. I looked on their website to see their hours and calender just in case they were closed that day before heading up there. I get there and they were CLOSED! I was very upset. Still am. This is a horrible place if you have something urgent and need to get it checked out. I even left the voicemail of me possibly having throat cancer since i have thyroid issues and not to mention a large goiter. No one ever returned my call. Never going to try making an appointment with that business.

I sent an email asking what information I needed to bring for a physical for a job I was informed just my ID by Donna Korn. I get there and I am told I need a physical form. I ask where do I get the form? I am told from your employer. I am not employed yet you need the physical before you apply. Had I known this information I would not have came to the clinic without the forms that I needed. It was a Saturday and the main office was closed couldnt even call the company. A total was of time. Whats the point of asking an employee a question they cant even give you the correct information? A lady tried to help me she tried her best.

with the high demand for low-cost healthcare and the fact that nearly everyone working here is a volunteer, long waits are to be expected. Call until you can speak to a human being. had to wait 2 months for a dental extraction. (they hold extraction clinics two saturdays out of every month) once I finally arrived, everybody was very friendly and nonjudgmental. typing this out with gauze still in my mouth but it feels like they did the job well! there are also medicaid/medicare representatives available here, they can help you receive coverage with a shorter wait than other forms of application.

so sad that THIS is the only free clinic in the cleveland area and that the best they can do is to do nothing...I have called this place 5 times in 2 weeks just trying to get an appointment and no one will return my call....from the reviews I have found online, it seems this is a pattern of how patients are treated here.....well if there was any question as to why hospital costs are so high in this country, its because we patients with no insurance have to go to the ERs to get our medical treatment because so called "clinics" dont have the time for us!!!!!

Never return you calls; never answer the phones; never never land. . . . . I had a crown put back on, it fell off three weeks later. I had a cap put back on and it is so lop-sided, they never checked my bite. my bite is so far off that I am nipping my tongue. I will have to finance this dental work elsewhere. For months they wont even return my calls to talk about the problem. You would probably get better service in the Russian gulag. They told my wife she had 17 cavities. She went elsewhere and was told she had 2. Never ever go here!

The Free Clinic is an obviously overworked facility with a long wait list, so getting help from them may take several months of waiting provided youre not seeking emergency services such as tooth extractions. Still, for the numerous uninsured and under-moneyed, these people do the very best they can. its took several months of waiting, but they helped me to get a psychiatrist and get me meds to make me functional again, and it mean a lot to me.

i had an ok experience. Everyone was very nice and somewhat professional. There wasnt hardly anyone there when i got there, and still had to wait an hour before i was called back into the room tho. After that everything went fast. Ive gotten thru on the phone everytime i called so far. The wait was only thing i really didnt care for. Couldnt imagine if it was busy...omg.

The most rude and ignorant """"PROFESSIONALS""""" Ive ever had the displeasure of seeing upon my visit I waited an extra hour longer than the supposed "ten minutes" was interuppted while speaking multiple times and it so felt like I was on the middle of the jungle with the rude and animal like behavior I have yet witnessed at a medical fscilty

I called this morning. Waited 20mins for someone to answer. When a nurse finally answered, she hung up after saying hello once and without waiting for a response. Alliance is not the name I would call a clinic that is against helping people.

I cant even reach this clinic by phone during their hours of business. Their answering tone says "we cannot take your call" in English and then again in Spanish and then just hangs up. How on earth can I even make an appointment?
