My first experience with Sunnyside VC was with the difficult task of determining what to do for my 18+ year old cat who was not feeling her usual spunky self. Dr. Coate and her staff (Annette) were both so accommodating, so professional, and so wonderfully compassionate. They both went above and beyond what I would ever expect to compassionately care for us both. I trust Dr. Coates skills, knowledge, and experience and am happy to know my pets are getting excellent care if and when they need it. I highly recommend this clinic, its excellent staff, and the expertise and care they provide!

Dr.Coate and her staff are absolutely amazing! We are excited to have such an awesome vet. We had to put our dog down 3 weeks ago and they were very comforting and caring throughout the whole procedure. And they made sure that we knew what to expect going in and kept us informed of each step taken. We were also given the choice of being in the room during the procedure or not and we really liked having that option. Even though we chose to stay, not everyone is comfortable with that so it was a great option.

Dr. Coates and the staff at Sunnyside are professional, caring, personal, and provide treatment options all at a very affordable price. I wish Dr. Coates was a human physician so I could work for her and have her as my primary care doctor. Best vet I can imagine.
