Keep your belongings close to you even from the guards. The guards broke my south African rosewood cane gave me the run around for over 2 months about the issue telling me they have video and blah blah blah. Got a call today to go in with my broken cane to talk to them about it..... apparently nothing they say can be trusted since I was given 3 different stories, one about video recordings of the incident and then all the sudden the videos were not recording on that perticular day lol. Then some Jan Persinger (head of loss prevention) is a woodworking master that is apparently blind as a bat and could not see the cracks in the top of the cane due to the guard over tightening it when I told him not to take my cane appart. Honestly people these people are a shady lot. They said that their employees are trustworthy and even tho they have no evidence to back up the guards that broke my cane they decided to do nothing about and dismissed me and my broken south African hand made rosewood cane. These are some lying manipulative people here and I would stand clear of this place. The staff nurses are ignorant and rude and the doctors know about as much as you can learn from the band aid box. Horrible horrible people that would destroy something that another uses to walk with and not give a dam that it has been destroyed by their employees hands.

Aweful. My grandma was in there for pneumonia. Very weak left her on toilet alone and she fell on her knees.. got angry because she hurt ripped off monitors then she yelled at staff who in turn put her on suicide watch and called mental health on her and almost had her put in mental hospital. .. got out next day fell broke hip.. got surgery herr no problem but they wouldnt let anyone talk to her and when I tried to address the problem got lies from staff shes sleeping no your family isnt with her .. oh shes just not answering phone.. come to find out the phone wasnt working after 3 days of this... then on top of this they sent her to a nursong home for rehab. Cool.. well they didnt notice her swollen belly that looks like she was gonna del twins. Which I pointed out and got no response. She was not that size when she came in.. the doctor at nursing home spotted this rushed her to er where we live ( not marion) and she has obstructed bowel and has to have emergency surgery. . I found out she hasnt had bowel movement since being in marion like 5 days.. what r these nurses doing since they obviously are not doing their jobs

After visiting a private practice primary care physician, I was recommended a routine x-ray. After speaking with a billing specialist, they quoted me around $165. No one in the hospital collected payment on the day of service and did not know anything regarding billing. After a few weeks, I received a bill in the mail for over $750 for this routine xray. Multiple 3rd party services on Google such as Health Care Blue Book quote $150-$200 for this service. The billing department said that this is their fee and it is not negotiable. After some investigation, it seems they added the $165 x-ray fee with a $625 "facility fee" that is charged to all outpatient visits. The hospital bundles the codes. Complete rip off.

I recently gave birth to my daughter at this hospital, the only good thing about it is the staff was nice. The hospital spelled my last name wrong on her footprint card and they spelled her first name wrong on her birth certificate paperwork, now everything is messed up including her social. The lady that entered that information apologised and said well is look like a n instead of an h... She should have asked us instead of guessing on a legal document... On top of that everything else with her name on it was spelled right which doesnt make since, her door signs and everything. This hospitals ethics are horrible... Next time Im going to OSU where I should have gone in the first place.

One day good, the next disastrous. Doctors and nurses do not communicate. Im NPO, Im not NPO. Im here to take your lunch order....um..., Im NPO. Oh sorry you are in my computer as needing lunch. I cant have my damn meds, why the hell would I be able to eat? The doctor was supposedly paged 2.5 hours ago. 2.5 HOURS!!! and counting....Im reaching my boiling point, and am about to say screw my little procedure here and leave to go to OSU. At least there, doctors talk.

Came in Unexpectedly while drive through back to Toledo. Stopped when my wife was having intense pain in her stomach. They were able to get her back very quickly, the doctors and the nurses were great, diagnosing the problem quickly and informing us about what needed to get done. Today she is having her gallbladder removed, at a different location, and its all due to their knowledge and professionalism. 5 stars.

I had my youngest there 10 months ago. I delivered my older 3 at a different hospital and MGH was by far the best. She had to stay in the special needs nursery due to being born premature. The nurses in there were wonderful. The pediatrician was wonderful. The ladys at the desk were wonderful. I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommendthis hospital to any couple expecting a little one.

Got to be a junky or heroin addict and frequent flier in order to get the proper medical treatment. Thats sad and the simple fact truth. You can come here once or twice a year if that even and theyll still give you the weakest drug for an honest person hurting. Plain simple this place should be an Islamic States Target useless hospital. Hell Russia or Syria should flat line this building.

Ive had to stay at the Marion General Hospital twice. Both times the staff took very good care of me. They are friendly and caring! I did overhear two nurses discussing me during a shift change, and I was described as being nice. That may be why I was treated well. Its the golden rule people...treat others the way you want to be treated. Try it; it works!

Came in with wife in labor they were nice dont like the fact they treat husbands like a dog telling me to wait in lobby while theyll do the epidural injection Ive been in the room three times during epidural with my other kids and they said well get you when were done 1 hr 10 min later

Most everyone I know would rather die en route to a different hospital than be stuck here. One friend describes it as a Stephen King book waiting to be written.
