Was told I could come in anytime for a nst(non stress test) Im high risk i went in early on a Sunday morning because I have been having some sharp pains and decreased fetal movement. The nurse told me to hold on and came back asking me to come back later or tomorrow. I hadnt even told her about the desreased fetal movement yet she knew nothing other than I needed an nst. I told her I couldnt due to my husband working and we have no one to watch our 3 year old. I told her I drove 40 minutes and cant afford to waste the trip back. I was so mad at the moment I just said fine and left. I was told I could come any time and when I called to get her name the lady said she didnt know who the nurse was I talked to and became rude to me. Said they had an emergency c section and were short on nurses. Well the entire time I was standing there there had been a male nurse sitting on a computer. He could have hooked me up quickly and left like they do every time I get one. 5 minutes or less is what it takes to hook you up and get your vitals. I have had no other problems at all with their labor and delivery the nurses I normally see are very awesome and usually never that busy. If my baby doesnt kick in a few hours Ill be wasting more gas and taking my son alone while Im hooked up and cant get out of bed. But Ill be going to Adena where I dont want to go and never had any good experiences with. I am not happy with being not important enough or the excuse that they didnt have enough nurses. Now Im worried they will treat me differently because I had an issue. How would you feel if you were given paperwork to come in with desreased fetal movement and they were too busy to see you. Not important is how I feel. I wont be coming back to this place ever after my c section next month and will not tell anyone to give then a try. I literally am just trying to make sure my baby is ok. And if I had the money to stretch to payday I would go right back in . When I called two hours later they said they werent busy. Ive had a c section before it took 40 minutes or less. Why didnt she just ask me to wait an hour or two instead of come back later today. If I would have gotten to speak to them and tell them I had decreased movement I bet they would have suddenly had time and nurses. I called to report to their patient advocate I hope to hear back tomorrow. If something is wrong with my baby and they didnt have time I will be contacting a lawyer and getting the nurses name and sueing her and the hospital. Funny they didnt have many nurses but the woman had no idea which nurse it was when I described her to this woman. I think it was her. I wont be letting her treat me or touch my child when hes born! Not happy with that place at all.

I love this hospital so much. I grew up here, and my grandma retired here after working here for around 25 years. (SHE LOVED WORKING HERE.) I delieved all 3 of my children here. They were wonderful. Dr. Goldfarb is my obgyn and he is wonderful. I had blood clots in my lungs and he always made sure that me and the baby was okay. Dr. Pool delieved my last child because Goldfarb wasnt there and she is such a wonderful lady. She made sure I was okay because of my blood clots and did a wonderful job delivering my almost 10lb child. Lol. The only issue I have with the obgyn department is waiting for a long time to be seen at the appointments. They do have a lot of patients, but its worth the wait in my opinion. The ER is awesome in my opinion. I always try to go at night if possible. They get you in and out. They do have their busy days, but Ive honestly never had any major waiting times. My daughter fell off her bed and had to get staples, from the time we walked in until the time we got discharged was only 50min. Thats pretty quick to be in and out of a hospital. The staff here is wonderful and they truly do care. ♡ I hope this review helped for anyone deciding to go here. God Bless!

I do not recommend the Berger Health Hospital ER in Circleville. I fell and suffered a debilitating upper leg injury that was unbearably painful, leaving me unable to walk. I went this ER and all the ER doctor did was ask me why I was there and then tell me to make an appointment with an Orthopedic doctor. He did not even bother to look at or touch the injured area, nor did he offer me any radiologic exams. I left feeling very upset and after much communication, the administrative staff insisted on billing me even though I got absolutely NO service from the Berger ER. I then went to Adena Chillicothe ER, where they xrayed and scanned me and found I needed surgery right away to screw my hamstring muscles back onto the bone. I am walking again thanks to Adenas ER, which cared enough to treat me rather than brush me off. Bergers service to me was deplorable and should be legally actionable.

Ive delivered my last 3 children at Berger hospital. The oldest is almost 7 and the youngest is only 6 days old. The labor and delivery department is amazing. I love my Dr.. Dr goldfarb so much I drove 45 min to deliver my last 2 children and almost 2 yr old and my 6 day old. The whole staff here has always taken really good care of not only me but my babies and my husband. The nurses are very friendly and actually care about how you are feeling. The anesthesiologist was amazing. I had to deliver by c section all 3 x. All 5 of my kids were delivered by c section and I love this hospital. Wish all my kids would have been delivered here. Highly recommend all the obgyns at Berger and this labor and delivery.

What a terrible terrible EMERGENCY ROOM, if one come in for serious medical attention like suffering from seizure disorders or anything life threatening do not come here you will be most likely waiting hours before being seen, charge nurse or whoever chooses the order should understands someone who complains about something minor should not take priority over someone with serious illness. I would rather take a hour drive to OSU then deal with such a terrible emergency room. If you are Ill please go to another ER they will take their grand old time. Im lucky nothing serious came about and so are they. Never seen such a terrible ER and I use to go to the VA.

Set for 2 1/2 Hours in the ER. Did not even get a room. Only 2 people in front of me they where there over 3 hours. If you value your time at all go to a different hospital. I will not be going back unless it is by ambulance for trauma injuries but I severely doubt even under those circumstances they could get you in, in a timely fashion.
