Dr. Joey Brandstutter has been our vet for over a year and a half. He is very thorough, caring and kind. While he has worked with our dogs, he specializes in exotic pets such as amphibians, reptiles and birds. This is a small practice. Dr. Joey and his staff will take the time to get to know you and any special circumstances that may exist. We first used him during during the last six months of our dogs life. He was willing to make house calls and this greatly eased our pain. Now he is seeing our new dog "Nellie" and has helped us through the trying puppy months. If you are looking for a compassionate and highly competent animal doc, Dr. Joey is your man.

Dr. Branstutter was amazing today. He was very thorough and explained everything as he was exploring options. We had to make the difficult decision of saying goodbye to our dog and we felt very peaceful, due to the care and bedside manner of Dr. Branstutter. Cost is something you dont want to think about in such a difficult time, but they are extremely reasonable and less than half what the emergency hospital wanted. They are a family building a practice and deserve any business that can be sent their way. We will be sending everyone to Misty Vistas.

Dr. B. is the only vet who examines my cats while giving them annual shots. He called in a script for a chronic illness to Costco, which was cheaper than buying it from him; a previous vet insisted I buy the meds only from him. I brought in another cat that became ill suddenly; Dr. B. hospitalized him, checked on him at midnight, and after meds and hydration, released him the next day, earlier than initially discussed, again saving me money and anxiety.

Dr. Branstutter was wonderful with our puppy Lilly who saw him to be spayed and have dew claws removed. When Lily decided she would take off her e-collar and chew her leg stitches, Dr. Branstutter saw us straight away and fixed and bandaged Lily as good as new! It is nice to know there are family run businesses who really care about their customers - and pets! We will definitely be using Misty Vistas for our other three dogs.

Dr. Branstutter was extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to properly take care of my baby pigeon. He assured me i was doing everything Im supposed to be doing, which gave me the comfort i really needed seeing as it is my first time raising one from birth! He seems to be the only vet in the area that knows anything about birds. I will be back there in a week for him to check the birds progress!

I took my cat to Misty Vistas Pet Hospital and my cat and I got the best service. My cat has fully recovered from his condition. Misty Vistas Pet Hospital is the best at customer service, and pet care. I wouldnt trust my pet care needs to anyone but the best, and Misty Vistas is the best.

Brought a cat to this clinic while visiting the area. He made time to see us and thoroughly checked the cat and even helped shave some of the matted fur off. He did a great job of explaining every procedure he did and it was a reasonable price. Very impressed!
