Called to set up appointment the phone was answered by a child. that by itself is not a problem, its good to let your kids practice life skills but what happened the next day was a prime example of extremely poor customer service. I received a call asking what insurance company I had (should have been asked when I set up appointment.) when I told them "UnitedHealth care/community plan" I was told that that type of insurance coverage is not excepted on Saturday and I need to reschedule for Monday. I felt like I was treated as a 2nd class citizen just because I had a slash community plan on my insurance card. The slash community plan means that I have Medicaid, I also live in a homeless shelter and have a government phone that gives a few hundred minutes a month I use a transportation service to get to medical appointments and sometimes waste 40 minutes on hold waiting to get a ride set up. so Im sure you can see how fast my minutes can get used up so now I need to use another 40 plus min to change my pick up day. I dont think so I am finding someone else who values my patronage and maybe you should too.

Customer service wasnt all that welcoming, BUT Dr.Flagle is caring. I went to her for a 2nd opinion on eye pain. The first optometrist I went to prescribed me reading glasses. Dr.Flagle examined me and come to find out I had more complications and did not even need glasses. I also came into a few issues with my insurance, and she did what she could to resolve the problem and get me seen. So glad I got a 2nd opinion from here!

Took a little long to do the eye exam but Im sure that happens anywhere. Was told glasses would be ready in 2-4 weeks and it only took 3 days.
