I cant recommend Strength Fitness and Therapy enough. I ruptured my Achilles Tendon in May of 2015 playing recreational football. I did not have a traditional recovery as my initial surgery site became infected and I had to have a second surgery to deal with that. After the second surgery I dealt with chronic wound healing issues for several months. Long story short, I wasnt able to begin PT until 5 months after my original injury. I worked with Luke on a weekly basis for about 3 months and he challenged me each time. Im happy to say that 11 months after my initial injury I was able to return to competitive football successfully and I couldnt have done it without Luke and the team at Strength Fitness and Therapy.

My son is a hockey player and is on a fitness and weight gain program at SFT. He absolutely loves the staff - they truly motivate him to work hard and perform his best in a very positive manner. They have provided fitness guidance as well as nutritional suggestions. My son has gone from wearing slim pants to wearing husky pants and it is all muscle. We are so pleased with the results and my son looks forward to going to his work-outs. In this age of sedentary people, SFT tailors their work-outs to the individual. They are always very encouraging and positive. SFT has really helped my sons self esteem and his hockey performance. HIGHLY recommended!

SFT was such a great help after my latest knee surgery. I used two other places before I found this gem and neither worked out. Luke @ SFT pushed me every time I was there and my knee was back to 100% in no time. I used to feel like an old sack of bones until I saw these professionals. Huge facility with great equipment. Its right off the highway too.

Strength Fitness and Therapy is AMAZING! The staff really cares and always pushes you to do your absolute best to see the results youre looking for! There is so much space for all of your needs; weight training, volleyball, basketball, hockey and physical therapy. I highly recommend SFT!
