Ive have been a patient at Medcare off/on since 2012. The staff are well trained and keep up to date with the new techniques, skills and various conditions. They are the most knowledgeable staff and take each patient seriously. I have been through a lot in the last 5 years and I cant begin where to start with my experience with the Physical Therapists. I had unbelievable pain at times but I endured it with kind words of encouragement, love, friendships, laughter and a lot of music. I sang out loud but no one complained because I was working my way through my own pain. I had a lot of praises, prayers, and you can do it, not from one but ALL staff members. Even the office staff cheered me on and they are a big part of Medcare. I will say the David and Lora Briscoe hire only the brightest and the best in their field. I consider MedCare now as my extended family. Everyone is treated well and have their own physical therapy plan. I may have the heaviest folder there but I wouldnt go anywhere else because Ive been to other places where they are not concerned about your improvements but your money for their company. You cant go wrong if you choose the right place for your physical therapy needs. My surgeons were very impressed with my growth in healing through various procedures. Oh I forgot one thing, Taylor gives amazing massages that you feel so relaxed, you want her to massage all day. Thank you Medcare for providing me with the exercises that I needed to be 100% nothing less! I pushed myself because I knew that was what was expected from me. Love my Medcare family!!!

I came here initially only looking to get some relief for my frozen shoulder. But in the time that I have been here I have been able to witness so much more. I have been treated professionally and with respect from every employee that works here. I have also seen the staff go the extra mile when the unexpected happens. On one account there was a group of children that came into the office and the staff didnt miss a beat. They continued helping their patients and took care of the children without a single complaint. I would highly recommend Medcare Therapy Center for your physical therapy needs!

Absolutely the best physical therapy business around. You are greeted by friendly office workers as soon as you walk in. Never waited more than 5 minutes before being called back. Once in the back its an open atmosphere, where everyone gets to know you and follow you through your recovery. I can honestly say I miss going here. I dont miss the reason that took me here to begin with but I do miss the employees. I keep up with them on their Facebook page. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

If you have insurance, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be sure and check your EOBs against what the billing company says you owe them. Had a major disagreement with there billing company and had to get the insurance company involved. They refused to give the insurance company the billing companys phone number. ANY credibility they had went out the window when they did this. While they do have excellent therapists and truly care about there patients, this gives them a HUGE black eye!

I have had to call for emergency appointments 3 times when my back has gone out and I couldnt move or walk. David and staff have seen me at my very worst hunkered over walking like I am 90 years old. He works with me and stretches me and give me exercises to straighten back out! He is always so friendly and empathetic and genuinely cares! Also shout out to Kathy and Katie Snodgrass always there to help me however necessary! Couldnt ask for better care! Thank you guys!❤️

med care goes above and beyond with there physical therapy. 2 years ago I fractured my wrist and tore a tendon, I was terrified I wouldnt have any range of motion after surgery or be able to feel my last two fingers. Med care helped me push through the pain and treated me like family while doing it. I love their costume days and the fun they have as co workers I have recommend people to Med care because these workers have a passion for what they do. Thank you med care!

This is the frist time I went there .I have been to other Rehab therapy placces and I can say I wont go anywhere else now .You can tell that all the stuff loves there job there not just there for a pay check .They all work great together and makes you feel like family. They all work so hard to help you get good results.I tell everyone how great they are and if they need therapy this is the place to go.Thank you all .

You absolutely will not be disappointed. At MedCare, youre not just another case. They have the best staff that goes above and beyond with caring for each and every patient. Very accomodating. From the time that you check in, through the entire visit. Youll want to go back even after you finish your therapy as everyone becomes like an extended family. Very clean facility. Would highly recommend for everyone.

I have been using Medcare since Sept16 for PT after my first knee replacement surgery. What a great place to do your rehab! I went back to work in 4 weeks. Had my other knee replaced in Dec16 and immediately selected Medcare for my physical therapy. The staff are one big family unit and help each other out, as well as, the patient. This is a wonderful place to heal from an injury. From the minute you walk in, until you leave, you are surronded by loving and kind smiles wanting to help. MedCare therapists are very knowledgable and create a warm, fun, and encouraging environment. This is a marvelous place to complete all of your therapy needs. My husband and I have been to MedCare Physical Therapy for therapy on several different occasions. The staff is wonderful and really cares about your progress. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and always have a smile for you when you come in the door. I have had therapy at other area therapy places and would recommend MedCare over anyone else.

I have never been a patient at Medcare Therapy Center but I know of many people who have been. I have never heard a negative thing about this business from anyone. I did attend elementary,middle and part of high school with the owner of this establishment and he is a top notch person. I know if myself or my children ever need treatment, they will be going to Medcare Therapy Center.

Me You

The team at MedCare therapy helped my 9 year old son. His bones were growing faster than his muscles could stretch. This was causing problems with his feet, balance, and movement. The team under the direction of David Briscoe put my child at ease and helped him to regain his movement without pain. Thank you David, and your friendly and comforting staff for helping my son.

Everyone was very knowledgeable of their job and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in the process.
