My daughter strained/pulled her ulnar collateral ligament ("skiers thumb") during a Junior Olympics volleyball game. She was casted for the injury for 2 months by orthopaedic surgeon Dr. Paul Saluan at the Cleveland Clinic. After the cast came off, Dr. Saluan referred us to the Hand and Physical Therapy Specialists. At this time, my daughters hand was weak and pretty useless, and she was tired of being in doctors offices. We walked into Nancys office and felt like queens immediately. The staff is so friendly and kind! They made my teen-aged daughter feel relaxed and in charge of her therapy. Nancy and the other therapists explained the injury and her therapy so well to her and put the responsibility on her to get better (showing her what to do at home, etc.). It was a relief to me since I did not have to nag her to do her exercises. Her hand was back to full strength within a couple months and we felt like we were part of a new family. I could tell everyone at the office truly enjoys what they are doing....healing people!

Nancy and the staff at Hand & Physical Therapy are great! I fell a few months ago and hurt my arm. At first it seemed like just any other sprain that (I had hoped) would go away on its own, but the pain quickly got worse to the point where it became debilitating. I tried going to the doctor for an MRI and an XRay. But it was Nancy who discovered that I had Adhesive Capsulitis (or in layman’s terms, a “frozen shoulder”). I have been working with her and her staff for the past month and a half and I am getting the motion back in my arm and my pain is greatly decreasing! Nancy and her staff are so positive and knowledgeable. I just wish I had started going to them sooner!

Nancy and all the staff are wonderful. I did work conditioning after shoulder surgery and thought I would never lift again. I do a very heavy job and now I am lifting and going back to work thanks to all of them. Working out for 3 hours a day there, I saw the care they took with other people also, they are amazing people. Thanks to them I am going back to work!!!

Great care received! I came in for treatment with extreme pain and after following their care plan left very relieved to have total use of my arm again! Everyone was professional and caring and I learned alot about how to avoid this type of injury in the future. Thank you Nancy and staff!

Ripped off!!! At the first visit they offer me charge $75 for each visit, I was 4 times paid $300 cash. Month later reserved bill for $180 Ripped off, At the first visit I three times asked how mush they charge for visit,is it was $75 Ripped off 4 times
