When I finally got to the recptist at the end of the long line, she said, Oh you need to wait in that other line for radiology. I suggested they have a sign telling radiology patients to go directly to the radiology dept without waiting in the general line, but I doubt if the they will do it. Everything else OK, but that line mix-up is why I am giving it 2 stars. OH - another thing, The recptist had no appointment cards. I rely on these in my wallet to tell when I have an appointment. Why on earth the person making appointments does not have cards is beyond me.

My experience was horrible!!. The Dr. did not even check me out fully, wouldnt even listen to what I had to say. Not to mention I have severe back pain to the point where I can barely walk or even sit or bend over etc. She just gave me a naproxen and flexoral and sent me on my way. I would never suggest for anyone to go there. They are terrible doctors who do not care about your well being, just care about getting the patients out. Never again will I be going back there

Annoying. Im always seen late. Sitting here at 10:04am, my appointment isnt until 10:15am and my particular nurse is 45 minutes behind schedule. Great. I have all day to wait in this hot waiting room. Also, the lab people are the worst. Every time Ive gone in there, they are unpleasant. Youre not a slave - you can quit at anytime if you hate working. And refrigerate your Gluco drinks, you dinks. UGH. This is the pits. As in the pits of hell.

Been here for three hours with a fever to be seen at the Express Clinic. Not so express. I have my 4 year old child with me and they dont seem to care that children cant wait hours for their mom to be seen and frankly no one should have to wait that long. The sign posted said the wait was 30 minutes and I was here promptly at 1:00 pm when the Express Clinic opened. Its obsurd.

This is a "satellite" of Cleveland Clinic. Many people complain about it but like any medical place there are always waits. Especially with Cleveland Clinic. The Main Campus is worse. I give it 4 stars because Im covered there and even with some waits, I have never had any real issues. Though when flu season is around its backed up.

I have had 2 appointments with Debra Meeks, she is a Nurse Practitioner, I was treated and questioned with the highest quality of care. She made me feel comfortable and secure. Her nurse and she are the Best of the Best!! Wholistic care at its FINEST.

I see Dr. Pickering-Beers and she is amazing and very attentive to my needs. I cant imagine seeing anyone else. I have a pain management doctor at the Willoughby Clinic.Dr. Nageeb addressing my pain and tries other ways to relieve it. Awesome doctor.

The pharmacy and the women working there are incessantly rude. Inconsiderate, and apparently if you have a question about how the pharmacy works, they talk to you like an idiot.
