Not Telling You

Great Place if you want to feel like a number being pushed through the health care system. Urgent Care is great, Family practice needs a great deal of work. They are understaffed and there are no female MDs. I just want to go to a medical office where they understand I am a human, one that has minimal medical needs - but when I need help, I need help. Not a phone call saying sorry, we need to change your appointment because … because… because…..(yes, this has happened 75% of the time). On the search for a new family provider.

This place was sadly a joke. Went in with extreme shoulder pain and the PA ask m me what I wanted her to do about it... Seriously?! I came here so you could figure that out. Touching my shoulder and giving me a referral didnt fix the issue today. I struggled to pull out of her what should I do in the meantime...ice? Heat? Ibuprofen? She said...yeah. Ridiculous! Can I get my money back? Or maybe see a real doctor? Even someone who might care just a little.

I have been using Providence in Canby for years and had to have blood drawn there today.The girls at the desk are always quick to greet me and check me in. Very friendly and professional. Crystal did my draw and was also very kind asking several times if I was OK during the procedure. I am so glad I have this facility close by and will always highly recommend them to family and friends.

Horrible staff. The ladies at the front desk are very rude. Also, both times I have gone, it seems they (Doctor/nurse) have either very little knowledge on health or just dont want to be there. Went to get an exam once, they said call back for your results next week and when I did, they said they had no records of me ever being there! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Ive gone to urgent care twice and both times I felt like we were on a timer to see how fast we could get out of the room. On my 2nd visit, the doctor didnt even know what medications the previous doctor had prescribed me. If I were a doctor I would be embarrassed. Its better than nothing but mostly its an iconic example of big money taking over small towns!

I updated my review because of recent great experiences there. I previously gave a negative review because they had a practitioner that did a bad job, but the doctor I always see there does a great job and the staff is always nice. I recommend asking to see the doctor if the practitioner seems off. Otherwise 5 stars.

First visit to this facility. We were treated very well and in timely fashion. Our need was assessed and immediate care given. Liked the P.A., x-ray staff and nurse. The intake was speedy, complete and welcoming. Recommend this immediate care due to location, staff skill, and accessibility.

The doctor there was a COMPLETE JERK!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE EVER !!! THEY TOLD MY MOTHER HER ARM WAS NOT BROKEN THEY SHOVED A BRACE ON HER OUT HER IN TEARS I BROUGHT HER TO SILVERTON HOSPITAL AND GUESS WHAT IT WAS SHATTERED !!!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS

Waited to be seen today 1.5 hours in the lobby then sat for 1 hour in patient room before finally being seen and leaving 45 minutes later. Im not sure why it took so long because there wasnt very many people waiting. It seemed short staffed. I wont be going back.
