I cant say for sure all of their services are amazing, but the phlebotomists were SOOOO good--I have a serious chronic 20+ year illness and my veins are crap, Ive had pic lines, etc. At times Ive had to stick myself or show other people where to go and they refused to follow my fairly easy directions, either not trusting someone who has been sick longer than theyve been alive...not sure. Hit me on the first shot, every time. Very good at their job and super kind. Listened to me, didnt get all huffy at my advice and were super sensitive asking me if Id like a snack or some juice afterward, and what kind of bandages Id prefer b/c my skin is very sensitive. Ive been hit in my neck before, jabbed under my knees and feet, hit literally 24 times by a team of nurses in one go (they felt pretty bad about it though). This place...I cant say anything about urgent care, but the pharmacy is great and so are the people that draw blood and their staff. Only complaint I had was when my Dad went to pick up my meds, they were weird about giving him a few tegaderm patches b/c I had run out...my PC usually gives them liberally along with kiddie stickers LOL! Now the safeway down the street is ordering me a box of 100 for only 46$ which is cool b/c theyre so darn pricy usually, and hard to find. They apparently looked at him weird and were really frugal about it saying that they really didnt do that...um, you dont sell it, so why do you even have it??? Yeah, so Ill just not count that b/c otherwise theyve been very cool.

Wouldnt even give them one star If I could. Just purchased a plan from them as I am new to this state and self employed. This morning I slipped in snow and broke my ankle. I called to see where I could go for help but was transfered and placed on hold. Went online after feeling frustrated waiting over 30 minutes with no response, had to make a profile, then when I went to log in it said wrong account information. Called Group Health back, waited 45 minutes to only be transfered and wait an additional 20. Finally spoke with someone who sent me to the ER, where I was told I had to pay $200 Co pay plus additional fees the hospital charged which I would be billed for.(even though I pay over $300 a month for this plan) the hospital sent me to walgreens for my prescription, when I get there they tell me they dont take group health. When I get to group health pharmacy, they tell me the Dr didnt sign my prescriptions so now I have to go have to the hospital, all with a broken ankle on crutches in the snow. This insurance co. Is a joke. They do not care about their customers. Never again.

This place sucks! In the 15 yrs. I have never been seen on time everything cost a copay they dont care about your time. The DR they have me is horrible, I came in with a few things I wanted checked on and she yelled at me that I have to make an appointment for each thing. My wife had been seen for a yearly womens thing... Three months later some nurse calls her wanting to know why she had not called the clinic back. My wife told her she was not told or asked to call. The nurse then told her she had cervical cancer and needed to get back into the clinic. Again this place sucks I hate my assigned Dr I hate the way we wait and every time its the same answer we are running late. I am dropping Group Death and finding a better place for medical care. I mean come on We pay them they should be catering to us. And if your late too bad get to the next patient.

Im NOT happy with group health at all. It takes for ever to get an appointment! I had a sinus infection my entire left side of face was swollen 2 1/2 weeks i had to wait to see not my Dr a NP. By that time the swelling was almost gone and i was told it cleared up on its own. In the meantime i went through excruciating pain! On top of the copay and the 10,312 my employer and i pay for premium ea year. I get a bill!?!? It does me NO GOOD to have medical insurance if I CANT afford to use it! Its a damn shame!!!

The people are nice enough but they need to get a lot more help in the pharmacy. Ive NEVER been to such a slow pharmacy. Currently Ive been waiting for 30mins just to pick something up. They need to get more techs to expedite the process and get stuff out quicker :/ still have 9 people ahead of me. Im switching to Walgreens, I dont particularly like them but at least I wont be waiting for 45mins to an hour

Seems kinda weird to review a medical facility but since I spend so much time here I might as well. I dont think anyone WANTS to go to the doctor but alas we are all destined at one point or another to do just that. So if youre in the market for a doc and Group Health is an option this is a good facility with nice, helpful people. I should know, I come here once a month...

Being treated like a number, got old. Everything is assembly line medical. We enjoyed 80% of the Drs & staff, but when I got stereotyped as drug seekers, for asking about surgery pain management for my husband, in Tacoma (dont drink OR drug), it was the final straw. We went back to Blue Cross. At least they ask your NAME first, not your NUMBER.

group health customer service lame, trying to schedule an appointment is a joke, you get put through to three or four different call centers telling you that they dont schedule for silverdale. lame!!

Very friendly staff. Wait times arent usually too bad. I like that the urgent care and pharmacy are also in the same building. Group Health also has a useful Android app that shows the wait times.

Just horrible
