Very long wait times. Receptionist doesnt answer the phone nor return phone calls apparently. I called about possibly making an appointment around 9:45 AM. No callback. I go to this office at lunch time. A whiteboard indicates there is a 45 minute wait. I provide my ID and am told to wait. After about 50 minutes I finally get to pee in a cup. It takes less than 5 minutes. I chatted with Mykota (who is great by the way) about her school and leave. After I get home, around 3:30PM the receptionist calls. She doesnt identify herself on the phone just says "You called, did you have a question?" Sure. But I dont know who you are. Im thinking.Finally she says shes from the Providence Occupation Health office. I told her I already went in and she says "So, you dont need nothing?". I said "No". She hung up. Honestly, I might have given this place 3 stars but the receptionist sucks. If it were my office, she wouldnt be working there.

DO NOT COME HERE. For the second time this week, I have been in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. I came on Monday as a walk-in for a TB skin test. Today, Im back for the "reading". Once again, the waiting room is at capacity and I have seen ONE person called back since I arrived. Someone with a scheduled appointment waited for 45 minutes before finally storming out (following two others). Everyone in here needs a quick pre-employment test and I swear we will all die in this waiting room. Sally at the desk cant help anyone with anything (especially an estimate of wait time), and on Monday she lost my ID and tried to insist that she had already given it back. If you want to waste two hours of your day, I would suggest lodging yourself squarely in rush hour traffic on 205 or arguing with your battiest old relative about politics over the phone.

I wish companies would do onsite drug screening. I have little to no respect for clinics. Its the bottom of the barrel in the medical pool, they are extremely uneducated in healthcare. Absolutely little to NO customer service. Hate to break it to you low grade clinics, its not by choice that we have to go here, we are sent by employment. I do not know how they stay open. Trust me, youre not doing anyone any favors.

70+ minutes for a drug test, when I did all the paperwork ahead of time. Daytime TV didnt help my boredom. Bring a movie next time and dont expect to arrive at noon and be somewhere by 2. there should have been a heads up, at the least they could have mentioned when they asked if I had an eScreen. Also dont fill up on liquids beforehand because youll likely wet yourself with this long of a wait

Horrible experience!! Would tell everyone who would listen to stay away. No respect for you or your time. No one cares about your health here, its just about $$$. Once you see the doctor there you are stuck. Expect to spend 2hr for a doctors visit no matter what you are there for. Notice, there are no name tags at the front desk and that is why they can be as rude as they want to be.

I never leave reviews. But this place is unbelievably terrible. They LOST my drug test results, and then were highly unprofessional and rude when approached about it, saying that "its impossible to lose a sample." I had to retake my drug test. Providence, youve made what was already a stressful annoyance into a transcendentally horrendous experience.

I am writing this review because everything else here is so negative. In all honesty, this was the most average experience at a drug screening I have ever had. Unless they do something like lose my samples or I get a diluted/failed test when I know for a fact I have not done drugs in a long time...they are average.

The waits are always ridiculous, even when you have an appointment. One time I showed up for my 8:00am appointment and Dr. white did not get into the building until around 8:25. Expect to be there around 2 hours.

Dont come here. They never answer the phone. The lady at the front desk is very rude. I agree with every single review. Im giving them a zero out of five stars even though I have to at least give them one.

The lady at the front desk is terrible and very rude. It took over two hours for a simple drug screen test. Also, they kept calling people back out of order! Go anywhere but here!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Been waiting for drug test for over an hour with only one other person in the waiting room. Nobody has come in or out??? Unbelievable

It did take an hour for a pee test and Im sure it could have been quicker, but the staff was nice and friendly. Not the best experience but certainly not the worst.

Astonishingly terrible healthcare. Two hours for a vaccination check, no hand hygiene by the physician, no knowledge base. Scary. Choose an alternative clinic.
