I started going to Dr. Pollack 7 years ago when my back went out from lugging around my kids. I will say I was nervous at the sheer size of him, being an ex NFL player, and I also do not like to have my spine adjusted. But.... he is so genuinely kind, sincere, knowledgeable and gentle, that I trusted him and sure enough he fixed me. 7 years later, my back went out of place again and I have been suffering from a neck injury from snowboarding, and again, he "set me straight" and I feel much better now. I feel I am able to do my barre3 classes with full range and I feel much stronger and flexible. I have also seen Dr. Alex Pattinson who is equally as wonderful, gentle and knowledgeable. They also take full care of you by using the latest equipment such as a decompression "stretching" machine, rolling tables and more. If your spine is out of whack I highly reccomend these guys as they are the best at what they do.

Dr. Pollack is very attentive to my chronic lower back pain. Every appointment is meant to address the specific area im having trouble with, and i always leave feeling much better! They also have very experienced massage therapists, acupuncturists, an exercise therapist and a nutritionist to help with any wellness questions I have on how to start feeling my best again. They even give take-home stretches, supplements, and tools I can use at home to help my adjustments last longer. The staff is friendly and I know Im well taken care of!

Dr Pollack is amazing and very professional. If it were just him in the office, I would give this place 10 stars. However... the women running the facility, answering phones and making appointments is hands down the RUDEST women Ive ever dealt with. She is constantly talking down to me. On more than one occasion when Ive needed to reschedule an appointment, she has been difficult and rude with her fake "nice" voice. If it werent for Dr. Pollack, I would have stopped going to this treatment center the first day.

Dr. Alex has been working on me regularly for a number of months now. The chronic issues I was suffering sporadically for years have not only been resolved but he has taken the extra time and effort to work with me on exercises to mitigate issues in the future. His holistic approach to not just addressing the symptom but working to identify and resolve the cause, through strength, flexibility, massage and other techniques has been impressive. Thanks Doc!
