Had okay experiences with her when she was my vet, but it has recently been brought to my attention the damage she did to my horses teeth when floating them. Please do not use Peak Performance for getting dental work done on your horse. She cut my geldings first premolar (where the bit would sit) all the way down to the gum. My current vet said I was lucky that no permanent damage had been done as the tooth had been cut all the way down to the root and that what Cierra did to my horses teeth was absolutely cruel. Another vet ended up looking at his teeth as well right after my normal vet saw him and also said that whoever had done that dental job was very inexperienced with dental work. This was not her making a bit seat or anything like that, she hacked off the front part of my horses premolar for no apparent reason. Now his top pre-molars are also growing at an uneven rate, because the bottom pre-molars that she filed way down no longer grind against the top pre-molars. I left Peak Performance Equine for a variety of reasons, including multiple times where my calls and texts werent answered for weeks, and I was given misinformation on many issues. Again please do not use her for dental work! Im sure she is a good vet otherwise, but it is disappointing that someone who claims to be a professional led me astray and was actually injuring my horse instead of helping him.

Whoever has a Peak Performance Equine advertisement on their White Dodge 4X4 Ram truck driving through downtown Salem into West Salem today on Tuesday July 19th should be ticketed for reckless driving. Cutting drivers off and multiple extremely unsafe lane changes - then screaming out their window at some poor driver after almost side swiping them to get in front of them in the lane. They were behind the driver in the van and then in their blind spot then mad that they wouldnt stop and let them in? What an ass. That is what I saw today. You should really consider who is driving with your advertising on their pickup.

Dr. Cierra Dedker (formerly Riffle) is truly a remarkable equine veterinarian!! She and her amazing knowledge of horses has amazed me. I am in awe of her and the way she interacts with horses. She is a wonderful caregiver and tremendous veterinarian. I also LOVE how she comes to us and our horses and our barn/pastures instead of us having to come to her!! If you need a vet for your horses She is your gal!! sincerely, Kellie Grill, Chairperson for Oregon Horse Country, board member for Oregon Horse Country Foundation and owner of 11 horses :)

Dr. Cierra helped me out big time when my gelding was cut pretty bad and needed daily bandage changes and regular follow-up visits. I didnt have a lot of money and she worked with me so I could get it paid off but he could get the care he needed. She has always been straight forward and explains her treatment in a way that is easy for the average person to understand. I would recommend her to anyone!
