After a friend told me the great service for very reasonable prices I decided to try Banks Vet Services out for what I knew would be an expensive surgery on my golden retriever. And its true, these guys are at least 50% cheaper than a corporate vet clinics like Companion or Banfield. And with seemingly no loss of quality. They got my dog in right away and had good communication. Ive had a decade of experience with my cat and two dogs having quite expensive surgeries and care and Ill always use Banks from now on, even though its a bit of a drive from Hillsboro. Today I paid $445 for a surgery and meds that probably would have cost me $1,200 at Companion - well worth the trip. My friend had similar savings. (PS, I dont think Ive ever written a Review before. Had to spread the good news)

They dont really work with you on payment. I just called in for my bill and after I had just told the lady that I am out of work and Im trying to find someone to lend me the money all she had to say was "okay well if you can pay it off right now, I can take it off your balance because if you dont it is gonna be hard for you." Yeah clearly not to intelligent if I could pay it off I would have brought the money in already but I clearly just stated that Im out of work. And they are ridiculously over priced. $50 some odd dollars just them to put a thermometer in my dogs ass and tell me shes fine. Hell I could have done that myself for free. But "they had to do it" just so I could get her flea medicine. Its bs they are scam artists. I would not recommend going here. EVER!

I have been coming to this clinic with my animals and my mothers for over 10 years now, I love Doctor Steve. The clinic has seen my dogs, my cats, my sugar glider, and my guinea pigs! All the employees have always been very helpful and caring towards my pets and they will refer you to a specialist as needed. The clinic has grown over the years and has three other knowledgeable and caring veterinarians. I have never felt up charged and the prices are reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic and highly recommend them to all of my clients and friends.

Dog had a torn dew claw because he has high energy. It was bloody and looked bad. The vet there quickly removed the nail, bandaged him up, and sent me on my way. I drove out to there to take a chance because all the Portland clinics were too busy. Worth the drive. Great service. Excellent staff. The 1 Star these guys have is BS. Im frugal and they are extremely fair. Only time I felt like I should have paid more for a service.

The best Vet doctors in Oregon! t They go above and beyond to help your pets with any and all needs!! Very reasonable fees, and they do house calls. My dog, cats, and my service goats all love them!! Very compassionate group of Vets....
