I have been using McMinnville for 5 years taking my dogs and cats there. My animals have gotten good care I was treated fairly until my last visit. When I was in there last November I paid for 12 months of Trifexis. I went in several weeks ago because I ran out. The lady at the front desk noticed that they did not give me but 6 of the Trifexis instead of 12 last November and told me she would give me the box that they open. Then she had to go out the person in charge and that person said that it had been too long and they were not going to give me anything. That was a lot of money I lost. Yes I should have made sure I got everything that was owed me before I left. But I was trying to keep my 60 pound puppy under control get the rebate get the receipt sign the receipt get the medicine I paid for and get out the door. I will not take my animals back there again. What happened to the people that used to be there that would treat you fairly. They could have at least given me a box.

We had an emergency the other day and our dog was in extremely bad shape. They took him in immediately, gave me a hug in the midst of getting everything ready for him, and miraculously, our run over dog is at home with us now being his happy self with little bruises to show for it. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE! Everybody here has such great spirit to them, the quality and quantity of care exceeded everything we could have hoped for. Who cares about the shape of the place when they can give us our pooch back?! XOXO forever

My family and I have been taking our pets there for 15 years. Things were great while Michelle was working but now I am very disappointed. The vet is charged $120 for a $40 medication and then threatened that if I didnt buy the overpriced medication from them that they would start charging me for nail trims which always been free. Way to treat your loyal customers!!!!

Mike and I cannot thank the McMinnville Veterinary Hospital team enough for their treatment of our dog Emma today after she consumed aspirin this afternoon. They were caring, calm, and so gentle as they administered needed medications. We can report Emma is home feeling much h better this evening thanks to their excellent care.

Went there a couple years ago and had my cat get some teeth extracted. I came to pick him up and he was howling in fear/pain. The people there are not good with cats. When I took him out of the crate he was covered in blood from the IV and very scared. Ive never been back since

Im ok with the vet but the inside of the office is old, and quite honestly, filthy. It doesnt seem like it would take much to update and clean the place a little. My dog got good care there, however.

...but dont let the exterior fool you. We have brought both our cats here and have had excellent service. We also caught and brought in a ferral cat which they neutered for free. Highly recommend.
