I cannot say enough to compliment my doctor and her nurse. However, almost everyone working out in the front office are unprofessional, and extremely rude whether it is in person or over the phone. It is unprofessional to say the least, for a front office employee to have an opinion concerning what your appointments with your doctor are about. To add insult further, argue with you, not only about when your appointment should be, but also the reason/s for needing to see your doctor. My personal medical information nor anyone elses should be their concern, and to continue to be impudent is unacceptable. I could put personal names of those who behave in this manner here, but I will save that for the office manager and my insurance. My Doctor is awesome, and cares a great deal about her patients. Office staff, TERRIBLE.

Since the tender age of 22, Ive been going to this clinic. Not only is the front staff wonderful and accommodating, the nurses, physicians assistants and physicians themselves are truly marvelous in what they do. This upcoming year will mark my 9th anniversary with this clinic and I have no plans of changing anytime soon. I feel like everybody knows my name, and goes out of their way to make sure Im taken care of. Even in my times of need, they have been there to work with me. This clinic proves that there are amazing doctors out there who truly care about their patients and their well being. As my doctor puts it, "I treat you as if you were my sister or my wife." That means a lot.
