I was brought here in an ambulance after going over my handlebars on my bike and tearing my lips up pretty bad. Doctor took 5 hours to finally get around to stitching me up. He didnt tell me how many stitches he gave me. He told me to have them taken out in 4 or 5 days, which was wrong, I found out. He also gave me no advise on taking care of them and several had longer threads he didnt bother to clip. Prescribed me nothing for the pain and when I asked how long I should wait before biking again he said, "we dont really tell people what to do here". YOU A DOCTOR, YOU CAN GIVE PROFESSIONAL ADVISE!

Working in the medical field ( local hospital where I am from) this was seriously the most amazing experience I have encountered in a long time. From the gals in patient access of admitting to the ED Dr. And nurse. Job well done on being here for the people. Every hospital should follow your model and love their job as much as you do! Kudos to your president and CEO on making me recommend your hospital to everyone in my family who comes to the dunes. You guys ROCK!

Walk in clinic is always understaffed and always COMPLETY wrong when guessing wait time. Ive been waiting TWO HOURS and Im still waiting. I was initially told one hour wait. I passed on scheduling an appointment because they said I was next, yet here I am. Waiting. This isnt a one time issue. It happens to me e every time I come here and to every person I know who has come here. For a town full of seniors this clinic CANNOT get its act together.

I just had total hip replacement on Tuesday, 5/10. This was the best experience I could have had. The staff is very compassionate and caring. They are a credit to the mission of the hospital. I think the staff could be a model for other hospitals to follow. My doctor, Dr. Watanabe, is the best. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking at orthopedic surgery. He listens and is very caring. Thank you all for the experience.

Dr David Smith treated me horribly when I went to the E.R. for chronic arthritis pain. I dont know if he thought I was trying to get pain pills or something but he cursed at me and told me to move away from Florence. I was in serious pain and wanted anti inflammatory medicine, no opiates. I hope I never have to visit this hospital again.

ER staff are horribly rude and unprofessional, especially night shift nurse Jody. She talks trash about patients that standing within earshot of her. When confronted, she acts like a child and wont tell her name or even speak. Very unprofessional.

Hiking OR

Family member is about to have a child. Hospital staff tell her to have the baby in Eugene because they dont have a doctor to deliver her. Had similar experience getting a doctor to see myself. Took over 4 months to see a doctor.

10+!!! Clean, friendly, best food on the planet! I was there for 1 week having my hip replaced..everything went perfectly, the staff is excellent. I didnt want to leave!
