made and appointment because I had been in a car crash. Appointment took a month. Morning of the long awaited dr visit, I was called and they cancelled due to a schedule conflict. Took a month to figure that out??? Lady that called suggested I just go to urgent care

very polite, but very inefficient, they say one thing then go a different direction. make sure you ask questions and help then and give directions as to what you want and need.. i amd getting out of their system.
