My husband & myself have been going to HFM for a little over 5years now. I absolutely love Whitney & Lacey as BOTH are knowledgeable at their jobs and I can actually count on them to do it right. This is HUGE in the Medical/Dental industry! Now, My husband & I see Dr. Faiola for our general needs and then I see Beth for my Annual girly needs:). He is absolutely great! What you need to understand about Dr. Faiola is that when hes with you~ he is with you til its done AND that includes his chart note taking. This is great bc he doesnt want to leave anything to chance that there is an oversight. Sometimes this causes him to run behind (or it could be a patient that came late) BUT just know you are getting the best care and sometimes that includes a price besides your copay:) I used to see Dr. Stafford for my girly needs but in 2014 I was in a Car Accident. Dr. Faiola suggested Dr. Stafford do OMT. I saw her a few times and then she suggested that I be done with the Massage therapist & Chiropractor. I went anyway bc I know my body and the next week she stated "see, it already feels better without you going to those other things". I told her I didnt stop and that my body still needed it. I dont think she liked that. About a week later she told me she was done and I shouldnt be in pain no more. I informed her she was WRONG and that I am in pain, and I didnt appreciate how she could say how I was in pain or not when it wasnt her body. That really pissed me off bc I have a really high tolerance for pain actually. Ive suffered from Chronic Migraines my whole life (since I was 5), passed a kidney stone, had 2 boys Cesarean BUT went through NATURAL labor first for at least 13hrs EACH only to have a Cesarean! By having Cosmetic Surgery, I randomly found out I have May~Thurner Syndrome so I was in ICU for 5 days straight....AND thats not after a week after having a Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck and then another Surgery Corrected. Needless to say I WILL NOT EVER SEE HER AGAIN and Beth takes care of all my girly needs. Not all Doctors are for everyone. This doesnt mean HFM is a bad place bc its not! As far as the Doc running behind, I find that if Im the first patient at the start: either of the day OR after lunch I have a better chance of being seen on time: EVEN if hes double booked

Me and my husband see Dr Faiola and Betsy who is a nurse practitioner. They both take their time with you and answer your questions where you understand what they are saying. Yes sometimes you have to wait but its because they take their time with you and dont rush and they make sure you are given the care you should be given. Once I went in just for a refill and we were casually talking and Dr Faiola was concerned about something I said and wanted to check me out right then and there. I didnt want to bother to another time but being my doctor he said it couldnt wait. So if your a patient thats waiting this is why..... Because you are waiting for the best and most caring doctors we have ever been to. If you dont want to wait schedule your appt for the first one of the day or the first one after lunch and you will avoid that wait that most people are complaining about. The office staff has been great with us but lately it keeps changing. Whitney and Lacey we have known the longest and I will have to say are our favorites. The others we dont know as well and dont seem as knowledgeable that we can tell but could be. At times they can be rude but hey we all have had days. If we dont hear back on something within a reasonable time we keep calling back because they stay very busy and sometimes a friendly call back will get you your answers. If their having a bad day..... Be nice.... You will be amazed with the results. We wont go anywhere else because in the end we know we are getting great care and that the doctors are going to give us the same care that they gave all the other patients. Dr Faiola is going to tell you how it is so if you cant handle that he is not the doctor for you. Betsy is more soft spoken but she is a lot like Dr Faiola. She is going to tell you how it is. They are both great and very thorough.

First impressions, the waiting room is very nicely and warmly decorated with interesting memorabilia on the walls, it is very clean, comfortable, and even has a corner for children to play. Also free WIFI spot. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was seen quickly. Dr. Faiola has a passion for medicine. Not only is it his job, it is his passion. He took time to explain things to me very effectively. Not rushed. Devoted to treating each patient with care. He also has a bit of a bear side and does not tolerate nonsense. If you are honest with him and work with him, you will have the best doctor ever! The only problem I have had is when outside services were required or requested such as classes for diabetics, scans, or other outside testing. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. And it may not even be a problem with Heritage Family Medicine. It may be the testing and teaching places being over booked or inefficient. The grounds are lovingly cared for as well with bird houses and bird feeders, lovely flowers and all kinds of flora. In the midst of this is a picnic table where you can wait on nice days for a patient being seen, or the patient can wait as well. It is very peaceful. The staff of Heritage Family Medicine seem to genuinely care about every aspect of you, your overall health, your visit and comfort including the pleasant, calming aesthetics of the grounds and building. I am very content and confident to be in the care of Heritage Family Medicine.

My family and I have been patients at Heritage Family Medicine for a little over a year now and although I like both doctors I have seen, the receptionist that I have dealt with each time I call is rude and unhelpful to the point that it is difficult for me to schedule appointments. As an established patient I feel that when I called this week reporting that I had been unable to sleep for more than a couple hours a night for the last week and that I needed to see my doctor to have them write a perscription for a sleep aid that they have perscribed to me in the past, that I should have been able to get in either the same day or the next day...not the case. She was very rude over the phone and was extremely unhelpful - did not even offer to speak with the doctor to see if this could be handled over the phone or if I could be squeezed in between appointments since it was just a quick perscription. There policy online says that if you are an established patient and have an urgent care concern that you will be seen the same day. I am confused as to what constitutes an urgent medical concern because anytime I have needed to be seen urgently I have been brushed off... This was not the first time that I have felt disappointed in the service provided by the front desk staff, but it made me realize that it was time to find care elsewhere for my family. If doctors arent available when you really need them, what good are their services?
