How can you beat a place that has state of the art equipment, but doesnt for a second make you think youve just entered your name in blood on their balance sheet? This is a highly professional, highly personable kind of place. I love love love the most perfect glasses I have ever put on my face. Convenient appointment times, easy access, great options, and fantastic service (from coats to drinks to great conversation). Ive shopped around for years and Im glad I finally found the convenient place Ill be coming to for years.

While the eye exam was acceptable the post care left a bit to be desired. I felt like I was taken when purchasing glasses and they they up-sold every add-on to my insurance possible. Everyone was very nice about everything, it just felt ishy sweet. The icing on the cake was when they made an appointment for me (notification via letter) without confirming with me in any way, requiring that I call them to cancel. Needless to say, I will be taking my care elsewhere.

I have never seemed to get a good eye exam, until I went here!!!! They were really able to find the right prescription for me and it was FAST and the selection of frames was impressive. I found a few pairs that fit my lifestyle and my look, it was hard to narrow down. They have the best selection of the latest boutique styles that you wont see anywhere else and they really made me feel special. I was very VERY happy with my experience!

As someone with a rare eye "condition," I have seen a lot of optometrists in my life. When I started wearing glasses I recall getting many incorrect and inconsistent prescriptions. The docs and Eyes on Rosemont have the state of the art technology for assuring they are as accurate as possible. The staff is wonderful and the selection of glasses is far superior to any other in New England.

I too followed Dr. Michael Pirone here from his old office. Fantastic optometrist. Always listens to everything that I have to say. The office staff is extremely competent and very very friendly. Puts you at ease as soon as you come through the door. It is now further for me to go to this office than to his old office but I do because there is extra value in the service that I receive.

This place is full of scam artists, dont let them get a hold of your credit cards, Im being told by "Sheryl" "Were very sorry, itll be another 6 to 10 business days before we can give you YOUR money back." as soon as they get your information, they double bill your insurance, and overcharge your card. The lady at Small Claims Court says she is "Familiar" with this business.

I love going to this place!! They are all amazing and friendly here! Everyone will get to know you by name. Best service around. There is never a wait and no rush so plenty of time ask lots of questions. Michael spends plenty of helping you pick out the perfect pair of eye glasses! Ill never switch to another office again.
